Chapter 3 'Mate'

I woke up, there was a thin line of sunshine coming through the window, I looked down to see Gideon sound asleep on my chest. I fondled his hair before leaning down to place a feather soft kiss on his forehead. Even though I tried fighting it with everything I had I could not deny feeling the pull towards him. Deep down inside I know he was my true mate. But that alone scared me. I did not know how to be a mate to a true Alpha. Carl was a lazy unfit one so acting with him was easy. Gideon though, he was a tall, strong, passionate, dominating alpha who scared me at times. I felt him shifting, then he looked up at me with foggy eyes with a smile.

"Good Morning my handsome Mate." I said. I was nervous to hear his response.

He suddenly pushed himself up, so his face was hovering over mine. "What did you say?" he said with shock in his voice.

"I said, Good Morning" I replied with a playful smile.

"No, no. You’re missing a couple words." He moved his face closer as he said that. 

"Oh, you mean the My handsome Mate part?" I said it with a raised eyebrow and a slit smile on my face.

He did not say anything, he just kissed me with so much passion I could not help but curling my hands into his hair and moaning into his mouth. I could feel him position his hard d**k against my overly eager entrance. I lifted my hips towards him, I wanted him too.

"Sami, I need to mark you. I cannot hold myself back anymore. Please." he said with a raspy voice as he kissed the place he wanted to bite.

I held my breath, I knew this was going to hurt, but I wanted it just as bad as he did. Instead of saying anything I just moved my head to the side, so he was able to have access. I could feel his teeth graze my skin. Just as he bit down, and he thrusted into me hard and deep. It helped distract me from the pain and I was thankful for that. I let out a loud moan as he licked and kissed his mark. He kept a steady pace thrusting in and thrusting out. It felt so good, but I wanted more. I needed more.

"Gideon." I said breathlessly

"What is it my sweet mate?" he looked at me with concerned eyes.

"Dominate me." I replied, I knew he wanted to, but I was nervous to ask for it.

His eyes went wide and turned black. He pulled out of me flipped me over on to my stomach, he hitched my left leg up, positioned himself to enter me he put his hand around my throat and thrusted hard inside of me. He never moved his hand and kept a steady pressure as he was pounding into me over and over harder and harder, than he grabbed my hips pulling me up and pushing my chest down on to the bed, he slammed into me harder this time. He smacked my ass so hard I yelped; the burning turned into pure pleasure. He grabbed a fist full of hair pulling my head back so he could capture my lips. He let me go only to he could tease my swollen bud as he drilled into me. He picked his pace up and I exploded around him letting out a screaming.

"Gideon, yes. You feel so good."

"Say your mine and only mine" he growled.

I moaned wanting to have my final release but he was playing me perfectly so I was on the edge but could not get there.

"SAY IT!" he boomed again

"I am yours and only yours" I said with a cry, and then I was overtaken by a mind-blowing orgasm I did not think I could recover from. He held on to my hips and slammed into me until he came inside of me. He pulled out and pulled me into his arms. Kissing my forehead.

"I love you Sami"

That is all I remember before falling into a deep satisfyingly sleep. I was woken up by the sweet smell of coffee and bacon. My stomach growled and I sat up rubbing my eyes. I looked over to see Gideon was pouring some into a mug and grabbing a plate off the tray. He walked over handing me coffee and food.

"I thought you would be hungry after this morning" He said with a smile walking back to the table to gather his food.

"I am thanking you. How are you?" I asked taking a sip of my coffee.

"Well, I am doing well. I finally have you, and no one can take you." he said with a serious face.

I brought my hand up to his mark and softly brushed over it. It was almost healed, but I can smell my scent is different now. Instead of a sweet vanilla, it was a spicy sweet smell. His and mine. I could not help but smile a little. It was nice knowing I was marked by my true mate not Carl.

"I have to attend to some work, but if you'd like you can join me. I have a lot of books you could read, or you can play games on my cell phone." He said with a slightly worried look

"I would love to join you!" I said with a big smile. He smiled leaned in and gave me a big kiss.

After we finished eating, I got dressed and we went down the hall to his office, I made myself comfortable on a leather sofa in front of the fireplace. I found a nice book and started reading. My focus was broken by Gideon slamming his fist on the desk.

"I don’t care what he says! We need that shipment tonight, so you understand me?" he yelled at whomever was on the other end.

I looked up over the sofa at him, he slammed the phone down and placed his head in his hands. He looked so angry. I put my book down and walked over to him. I moved him just enough so I could crawl on to his lap. He took a deep breath wrapped his arms around my waist and he rested his face on my shoulder. His breathing was starting to relax. It was nice I could get him to relax. I could feel his hands slowly rub up and down my back.

"You’re too good for me Jane." He said with a sad look in his eyes, "I have done nothing in my life to deserve a mate like you."

"Shhh, you’re a good man and I am lucky." I said sweetly.

I leaned up to give him a kiss, his grip tightened. Our breathing started to get heavier and before I knew what was happening, I was lying flat on his desk, my pants already gone, and he was thrusting deep inside of me.

"I need you." he said with a raspy voice

"Take me, use me for whatever you need." I said grabbing his head and kissing him deeply.

We made love on his desk, it was hot, heavy and everything I could want.

"f**k you feel so good." He said as his pace quickened, he was going harder

"Gideon" I screamed as I fell to pieces. He followed me grunting and saying my name "f**k, baby." than he just held me for a moment. We cleaned up and went to the kitchen for a snack. I have never been down here before and it was huge.

"Good Afternoon sir, Can I make you and our Luna something to eat?" the chief asked with a smile

"Yes please, make whatever you like Charles." Gideon replied as we moved to sit at the breakfast bar in front of the stoves.

"Very good sir, Very good." Charles replied and started cooking.

I looked over to see Gideon was reading so I took the comics and started looking through those. I looked up to see what Charles was doing.

"Charles that smells lovely." I said with a smile

"Thank you Ma'am I am making Eggs Benedict." he replied with a smile.  

"Oh, I have always wanted to learn how to make that!" I said as I set the comics section down.

Charles smiled and replied, "If it’s okay with our Alpha I would be happy to teach you." I looked over at Gideon and he was smiling.

"If that’s what you like to do Sami, I am okay with it." he said

I was excited and pleased, to show him I leaned over and gave him a kiss.

We ate our food, it was perfection. After that Gideon said we had to go get ready for the gathering. I did not know what he was talking about, but I went along without question. I have learned when Gideon is stressed to just do as he says. It was easier for everyone that way.

"Jane, this is Lola. Shell helps you get dressed." He said as he pointed to an older woman standing in front of our bedroom door.

"Hello Luna, I am happy to be of service. Sir would you like the Blue or Red dress?" she asked.

"Neither, I would like her in the Silver gown." he said leaning down giving me a kiss and walking towards his office leaving me with Lola.

We entered the washroom and she started curling my hair, she did a large braid and some of the curls fell around my face, then she started my makeup.

"I am so pleased he finally found you Ma'am." Lola said

"Please Lola, call me Jane." I said

"Okay, I have finished here Jane, do you like it?" She asked with a hopeful smile. I investigated the mirror and almost cried. I did not recognize the glowing happy girl staring back at me.

"Thank you, Lola, it is perfect." I said trying not to cry.

She escorted me to the closet pulled the silver gown out and helped me into it. It was a beautiful floor length gown, covered in small shiny silver beads, with long sleeves and high collar but there was no back piece to it. I put on a pair of equally as beautiful heels and a pearl bracelet.

I turned to Lola, "Do you think Gideon will like it?"

"I think you look beautiful Jane." Gideon said from the doorway "But your missing something." He said as he came over and placed a large tear drop shaped ring on the tip of my finger, looking down at me he said "Will you be my life mate? My wife?"

Tears rolling down my face I kissed him and said "Yes."

He slid the ring on to my finger and kissed me deeply. "We are going to be late, let’s go my love." he said as he placed my hand in his.

We walked down the spiraling staircase and all eyes were on me.
