Aric’s POV I struggled vainly against the invisible wall that prevented me from going to my mate. She had disappeared under the water ages ago and panic was gripping me like a blazing fire that consumed me- oscillating from icy to hot. My brother roared at my side. I felt her- I felt Ophelia’s panic and grief and I longed to be there with her. Suddenly a head broke the surface. My heart rose only to plummet- The blonde head belonged to Olive.
