CHAPTER 1:: CAST OUT BY BLOOD
LUCY. P. O. V --- “What are you doing?” I asked, trembling as I rose from the bed. His crimson eyes locked on mine, and though fear surged, something else stirred within me. “What do you want from me?” My voice cracked. He smiled, slow and irresistible. “I want you.” My breath caught. When he stood, removing his shirt, my pulse quickened. I backed against the wall, torn between terror and fascination. “You don’t know me,” I whispered. He moved closer, every motion deliberate, intoxicating. “You’re on my pack,” he murmured, voice like velvet. “And anything on my pack is mine. You are mine, The creature’s words echoed in the darkness: “Anything in my pack is mine… so you are mine.” My heart raced as I pressed my back against the wall. Shadows swallowed the room, and I had nowhere left to run. He moved toward me, slow and unyielding, his eyes glowing with desire and danger. She whispered, “Please…” yet my voice trembled more with longing than fear. His touch grazed my arm, sending a shiver down my spine. Suddenly I felt his hands on my legs as he drew my legs making me lay flat on the bed. I tried to resist the storm of emotions rising inside me, but the pull between them was undeniable. His lips captured mine with sudden intensity, stealing my breath until I gasped for air. Heat surged through me as my body betrayed me , craving more even as I struggled to speak. I couldn't breath I kept screaming and mourning into his mouth, When he felt like i wasn't breathing then he freed my lips, Making me panting heavily, I tried catching my breath, When i thought I had caught enough breath, I tried to speak again, Suddenly my words came out as a mourn, As I felt his lips on my n*****s, pleasure washed over me as my back arched and my toes curled up, I closed my eyes enjoying the moment I didn't want it to end, Then I said again, “ please” I said as I couldn't take it anymore, “What do you want?” he asked, voice low, dangerous yet tender. I couldn't answer I was all enjoying the actions done on her body, “Say what you want” the creature said as he slowed down in stroking my n*****s, “ I want you, I want more of you” I said, Not knowing she just woke the demon in him, His hand stopped the actions he was doing on me as he heard those words, That was when i realized that I just said what I shouldn't have said, Immediately I jacked up and started moving backwards, “ You want me right?” he said staring at me, I nodded my head in no, I was so scared, How did I get my myself into this, “ I thought, ************************ *******TEN. MONTHS. AGO********** In the dim silence of the night, a girl’s sobs echoed against the cold walls, each cry breaking her own heart. “You are a disgrace to our family,” her mother’s voice thundered through the room, sharp as a blade. “Everyone in this pack has a wolf… everyone but you. From today, you are nothing but a slave.” Shame and terror gripped the girl’s trembling frame. “Please, I’m only eighteen… maybe—” Her words died as her mother’s rage cut her short. “Do not call me ‘mom.’ there is nothing like maybe You are worthless and wolfless. And because of that Pack your things tonight. From now on, the maid’s quarters are your home.” Her eyes widened in horror. “No, please…” she begged, clutching her mother’s hand, only to be shoved to the ground. The world seemed to crumble as her mother’s final words tore her apart: “You are no longer my daughter. A maid cannot be my blood.” And with that, she was left alone in the dark. The girl looked around the dimly lit room, her eyes desperate, searching for any sign of hope, anyone who could save her from the cruelty her mother was inflicting. But no one came. The silence in the house was heavy, pressing down on her chest, making her feel even more alone. She stood there, trembling, her small frame shaking under the weight of pain and fear. Her heart pounded, yet no one cared to hear it. After a while, she dragged herself toward the bedside. With shaky hands, she began to pack her belongings, each movement slow and heavy. She stuffed her few clothes into a small bag, tears dripping onto the fabric as she worked. As she folded her clothes into the bag, her hands trembled, her tears soaking the fabric. Every memory of the day clawed at her chest, and the ache grew heavier with each breath. How could they? Her own family, her own pack—the people meant to protect her—had cast her aside like nothing. The shame burned through her skin, and she could no longer face their eyes, their whispers, their cruel laughter. With her heart in shards, she dragged her small belongings together, whispering to herself for strength. She knew where she belonged now—in the maid’s quarters, hidden, forgotten, but at least away from their scorn, She wasn’t sure where she would go, she didn't want to stay at the maid quarter, but she knew she couldn’t stay here either. Her mother’s harsh words still echoed in her ears, each one like a knife. She was still bent over her bag when the sharp sound of the doorbell broke through the silence. Her head snapped up. For a moment, hope flickered inside her chest. Maybe someone had come. Maybe fate had sent her a hand to hold. Without thinking, she bolted up, her bare feet slapping the floor as she ran to the door. Her breath came in shallow bursts. She reached out, her hand gripping the cold metal of the knob, her heart racing with the thought of rescue. She flung the door open, eyes wide with expectation. But what she saw froze her blood. A shadow loomed before her, its presence overwhelming. A chilling voice slipped through the darkness, sharp and commanding. “You are going without your clothes.” Her eyes widened further, her lips trembling as the cruel truth sank in—this was not salvation. It was something far worst, To be continued
