Shattered Stars, Entwined Souls

The trees swoosh and danced on the windy gloomy morning, the sky was dark like a storm is about to happen but the children were busy playing and doesn't care about their surrounding. "Tag you're it!" The little girl tagged another girl and everyone ran away from her. The little girl laughed and she saw a girl just standing and fixing her clothes so she ran towards her and when she was about to touch her a boy grabbed her by the hand and ran away from the tagger together. After a minute the little tagger got tired and quit the game so the other kids laughed while catching their breath while the girl that got grabbed by the boy is still shocked and out of the world. "Are you okay?" The boy asked her and he observed her face and she looked like she was back in the world. "I'm ok." She looked at him and he smiled at her which caused her to blush and look away. "I'm gonna go home now, you should too, its getting late." he said and waved a goodbye before walking away. she smiled and watch him and her other friends go to their house and she went to her house and thought about what happened all night until she fell asleep. END OF FLASHBACK I wiped my falling tears and wear my control gloves to stop my powers from getting out of control, I stood up on the railings at the rooftop and looked down and saw the city's chaos with fire on every building. Blood is everywhere in the dirty and ashy ground and yet I hear no screams anymore. I could smell the burning bodies, burning trees and everything in my sight. what happened? 4 months ago we were just in school having fun with my friends... 4 months ago everything was fine, and I'm so stupid for realizing now that he was the man from my childhood but it doesn't matter now. I looked up at the calming yellow sky sunset. The clouds looks like sea waves which adds to the mesmerising view of the sky yet under here it's chaos, death, sorrow. I hope this is the end.
