Joanne’s POV My body was buzzing by the next day. A part of me was a bit embarrassed walking into the medical tent this morning because I wasn’t sure who could hear what I was saying. Every time someone looked at me, I wondered if they had heard Alexander and me last night, and I felt my cheeks heating. Nobody had said anything, though, which made me feel a little better. But still, it was in the back of my head for the majority of the day. I told myself that I should be quieter in the future, but I knew when it came down to it, I’d probably be just as loud, if not louder, next time.
