“Y’all, I am so bummed tonight,” LuAnn said. She didn’t look bummed. Quite the contrary. Dressed in a snazzy red top with sequins dotting various areas, she looked like the Queen of Country Music. Her long red nails flashed in the air as she spoke with her hands. The black jeans she wore flattered every one of her curves. Bummed? Maybe she was seeking attention?
“What’s wrong now?” Olivia asked. She eyed LuAnn while swirling a straw in her iced tea. “You look great, girl.”
“Derks is definitely going on that tour around the country. And I’m gonna be left here by myself,” she said, pouting her full red lips.
“Then go with him,” Rachel said.
