(Grace) I begged Silas to lay in the bed with me but he wouldn't. He was terrified Jax would come home and kill him on the spot. He compromised, slumping in the chair near the bed. He looked completely exhausted but he couldn't close his eyes.... or at least wouldn't. I rolled over in my bed to face him, "Silas....I can't reach them, Theo and Eliza. You don't think...." The way he avoided my eyes I knew the answer. He already knew... "They're gone aren't they," I whispered as my lips trembled. "We don't know yet, Gracie," he said softly. "They could just be badly hurt. It was chaos and pure destruction." Despite his words, I could feel his despair. Tears fell down my cheeks at the thought of those I loved being gone forever. "Si..."
