Once morning came, I groggily sat up and yawned.
"I think I got enough sleep..."
I grabbed the bag next to me and changed into my normal outfit.
I crawled out of my tent and to my surprise, found Ben already awake.
"Good morning!" I said sitting next to him.
"Ah, good morning Spade. How did you sleep?" He asked.
"I slept fine, I kind of want to wake everyone else up so we can get going."
"Why? Impatient much?" He teased.
"N-No! Just Ancienla sounds so cool and I want to go see it..."
Ben put his hand up to his chin and thought for a moment. Then he got what I could only assume was an idea.
"Hey, we are close to Ancienla territory. Once we start traveling we will be inside one of its surrounding forests. I heard that place is magical. If we do arrive in it would you like to explore?" He offered.
"Yeah! That sounds like a plan!"
He chuckled at my enthusiasm.
"Good, we'll do that then."
"Do you guys know how to be quiet?" Jordan asked emerging from his tent.
"Whoops... Did we wake you?" I asked hoping he wasn't mad.
"No, I was awake before you im pretty sure." He reassured.
"Ah, good. Did you sleep well?"
"I slept fine. Not really that used to sleeping in the wilderness..." He said.
"I actually like it! It's peaceful!"
Jordan scoffed.
"If anything it's unsettling..." He retorted.
"Hey, are the other's usually heavy sleepers?" Ben asked.
"No, in fact they are usually the ones up early." He said.
I turned around and checked in Sabrina's tent first.
"Hey, you up?" I asked. But no one was inside.
"I just checked John's. He isn't inside either." Jordan said.
"Where are they?" I wondered.

Sabrina POV
"John why did you drag me out here!" I whined as we were walking in the forest nearby our camp.
"Stop whining. I just thought it would be calming to take a walk." He said not looking back at me.
I pouted. "But why did you have to take me?"
"Because you were awake and I didn't want to go alone. And plus I don't have a weapon to defend my self..."
"Yeah we need to get that fixed." I say crossing my arms.
There was silence between us for a while. And even though it is peaceful here, their was a thought in the back of my mind that kept bugging me.
I tugged John's sleeve.
"Hm? What is it?" He asked.
"So, doing this is all fine and dandy, but do you know how to get back?"
"Of course I do. And even if I didn't I could just climb a tree and look."
"I guess..."
We both kept walking for a while until we reached a clear in the forest. There was sunlight streaming through the trees and something in the middle of it all.
"What is that?" I wondered out loud.
"Its a stone, Like a plaque?" He pondered.
"Well yeah stupid, but what I'm saying is what's it doing all the way out here? We are still a ways away from Ancienla..."
We stood for a moment. My curiosity got the best of me and I stepped closer to it.
Once I was in front of it I kneeled down to read what it said. The words were faded but I could still make them out.
"The protectors of the darkness are defeated. But for how long..."
I looked back at John to see if he heard. And it seemed like he did.
"Hey, let me see..." He said walking closer.
I got a sudden feeling that something wasn't right... When John was walking closer, the ground beneath him sank a bit. I got the picture and quickly got up and ran towards him.
"John! Watch out! Ack-"
"Hey! What's the- Woah!"
CRASH
I fell onto him but he didn't fall back far enough and the ground below us caved in taking us down with it.

Ben POV
It has now been a while since we've seen John and Sabrina, and we're starting to get worried.
"Guys Im telling you they should have been back by now!" Spade shouted.
"Im sure they're fine... This isn't the first time they've wondered off by themselves." Jordan said.
"But I bet it's the first time they haven't come back..."
Jordan opened his mouth to speak, but I think he has come to realize that Im right.
"Ok but even so, we don't know where they are..." Jordan said.
"I think if they haven't come back by now they might have gotten lost in the nearby forest."
"B-but how do we find them..." Spade mumbled looking down on the verge of tears.
"Spade..."
Jordan saw what state Spade was in and let out an exasperated sigh.
"I have magic that may aid in finding them..." He said.
Spade lifted her head. "You do?" She asked.
"Yes... But I'm not sure how much it will help, and I don't like using it so don't tell anyone else..." He said pushing his glasses onto his face.
Spade ran over to him embracing him into a hug. Which i'll admit I did get a bit jealous because Jordan is slightly shorter than her.
"Im so glad! Thank you!" She shouted.
"Oh! Its no problem..." He said looking slightly flustered.
Spade backed up eager to see Jordan's magic. She was jumping up and down slightly which was really cute.
Jordan closed his eyes and faced in the direction the forest was in.
He raised his arm in front of him and waved around his hand.
"Oh! I know what he's doing!"
I've read about this once. Elf's are able to sense magic usage and auras from different people. They are very connected with nature, much like fairies. But I wonder why he is waving his hand...
Me and Spade walked in front of him to see what he was doing. And we were both surprised.
It looked like wind summoning around his hand. I wonder why he doesn't like using it because it's really cool!
"I can use my magic as a kind of searching device. I can release wind from around me and whatever disturbance it picks up, will be Sabrina and John." He explained.
"So cool!" Spade said in awe.
"Annnd, release!" He commanded.
A burst of air was released in all different directions.
"Alright. It's this way." He said pointing towards the forest and running off. "Follow me!"
"Right behind you!" Spade shouted running close behind him.
I sighed. "Well I don't want to get left behind..."
