The footsteps were slowly like an elderly woman.
"Who is shouting like a frustrated person"it was Juliet,who is Stephanie's evil stepmother.
Juliet knew that the person shouting in the sitting room was Stephanie.She wanted to express her hatred towards Stephanie.
As Stephanie saw Juliet her eyes widened in surprise "w...wh..what are you doing in my house".She stammered.
"Point of correction.This house now belongs to us and not you and James in my son in-law"Juliet spoke.
"What?,so you are part of this?"Stephanie spoke
"Yes,you think you are better than us"
"I never said that"Stephanie spoke.
"But you snatched James from my daughter and you think my daughter will just watch you".there was threat in her eyes.
Stephanie turned and looked at everyone in the sitting room and her eyes finally landed on james.
She said"I will take my revenge and get back everything you all stole from me,"Stephanie replied.
"Nobody stole anything from you,me and Melinda only took back what rightfully belongs us"Juliet replied.
Suddenly Melinda placed her hands on her mouth as she ram towards the bathroom sink to vomit.
Immediately James followed her saying"Darling,I take it easy,I am here to help you ".
James used his hands to wrap around Melinda's waist as he was following her at her back.
Stephanie's chest tightened in pain as she was everything.She felt like the ground should swallow her.Stephanie waited for James to come to the sitting room as tears welled her eyes.When James came back to the sitting room stephanie said
"James,no woman can love you the way I have loved and sacrificed for you.I need to sign a divorce".
"So you have finally decided to go back to where you belong"Melinda smiled in a cruel way as her cheek widened.
"Shut up you evil stepsister,I have always known that you are jealous because my late father have always loved me more .Her voice cracked as she paused a bit.
"I can never be Jealous of you because you have nothing to offer"Melinda replied.
"You have been jealous ever since when I married james who have been begging you to date him"Stephanie spoke as her eyes narrowed in anger.
"Enough ..I won't let you insult Melinda in my presence"James replied.
Immediately Stephanie remembered her little baby Harrison.She became tensed as she said "James,where is our baby?"
"Go and look after that baby you gave birth to from another man"James spoke aloud as his eyes widened in great anger.
"What,that baby is our baby and you are the father of that child"Stephanie replied.
"My doctor Hartman told me that the child is not mine after calling me to do a DNA test".His eye were filled with pain and distrust.
Melinda already bribed the doctor to lie to James with a false DNA report.
"So this is who you are truly,a beast"Stephanie spoke as tears welled her eyes.
"I only married you because I was desperate to treat my father Matthew who was dieing of sickle cell disease"
"So you finally got what you want?"Stephanie spoke.
"You can say whatever you like"
"I can never do such a thing,that baby is yours", Stephanie tries to defend herself.
"Giving birth to a baby from you is not possible,because I can't even make love to you"he replied.
"You are a lier,you keep deceiving yourself "
"I don't love you.Except the night I came home drunk by mistake"he looked into her eyes with an evil confidence.
"Harrison" she shouted as she remembered her baby.spinned in pain.
She rushed to where the baby is.Her heart was beating more than how she can ever imagine.The tension was unbearable.she saw something very deverstating.
