Dual in Love??

AIDEN I walked down the stairs to the dinning room after getting ready for school unwillingly. I was so tired because of last night's concert. The noise and autograph chants coming from my fans drove me crazy. "Morning son". Dad and mom greeted. As usual, I just turned to Nanny, greeted her with a hug, ignoring dad and mom. "Come have breakfast". Mom said. "Just lost my appetite". I replied, walking out. "Please, don't be mad at him. I'll talk to him later". I heard Nanny say while walking out the door. Breakfast my foot! Since when do they care? I'm pretty sure by the time I get back from school, they'll be outta the country. To them, work comes first after all. Not their son. I wore my mask before getting out the car as soon as we arrived at school. Curious?? Well, I obviously don't want to be recognized as the famous Aiden Smith in school so I go as Max. Another name, another face. Only Cole is aware. My best friend. It's a new session and I'm being forced to school as I really don't want to get on Mr Leo's bad side. He's the only teacher that stands up to my arrogance. Yeah, I won't deny the fact that I'm arrogant. "Hey dude, what's up?". Cole said, grabbing my arm as I entered the class. "Not cool". I replied. "Dad and mom?" "Sure". "Hi Max". The girls greeted as I walked out of the class with Cole and Ford to grab some breakfast. I didn't reply them as well because I don't give a damn about girls. Ain't gat time for those love shits. As we were walking to the cafeteria, something very crazy happened which ruined my entire day. Someone bumped into me with a drink, ruining my shirt. What the.... "You blind??" I growled at the middle class girl who did that. "I'm sorry. I.. " She tried saying before I cut her off. "Don't you watch where you going? Does your brain malfunctions??" I shouted. I damn hate it when people get on my nerves. "Relax, Max". Cole persuaded. "What relax? This goddamned middle class b**ch just ruined my outfit!" "Max!" Ford called but I ignored him. "Apologize already!" I said again when she was just staring without a word. "Well, that was the first thing she did". Cole scolded. "She wasn't even the one who ruined your shirt. Do you see any drink with her? It was one junior who knew exactly what your reaction would be. That kid ran away". Iris added. Another girl in my class. Why is she defending a middle class girl anyway? I glared at the girl one more time then left. RAYNA "What the hell are you wearing on your body and face?". Iris asked immediately after dragging me to the restroom. "Why ask me when you can see it already? It's a facial mask and a middle class girl's outfit". I rolled my eyes and removed her hand. "You even changed your voice. I hardly recognized you out there. It's your first day in a new school. You ought to look good and smart. I mean you the world best female singer, you know!" "Yep. One of the reasons I came in disguise. It's a school and if I'm recognized, you know how clingy bad and good kids will get. "But still... Middle class girl?? The kids here are gonna treat you so badly". "Cut it out. That brat lacks manners". "Oh Max? That's how he is. He's just arrogant not bad". "Not bad my foot. He has no respect for ladies". I said and we headed for class. After school, I went to meet Aiden at a seven star hotel. We chatted for a long time and I really enjoyed it. We've been friends for a while now as he is fun to be with. We ain't dating though. As it is, I stopped believing in that thing called love a long time ago. I prefer being single. Aiden Smith is a big celebrity. I mean, the World Best male singer. He is rich, handsome, influential and millions of girls would do anything just to touch or date him but he also doesn't believe in love stuffs. That's why we get along. "Nanny I'm home". I announced immediately after entering the kitchen. I took an apple, leaned on the wall and ate as I watched her cook. "Welcome darling". "The maids are around. Why do the cooking?" I asked. "It's your favorite which you dislike when someone else makes it". She said, making me smile. "Correct". "So tell me, how was class today as a middle class girl?" She asked. "Awful. There were many influential kids who detest middle class people". "Keep on going with your identity a secret??" She asked. "Yeah. Only Iris knows currently". I replied. "Okay. Gat to stay strong, baby girl". "You know what actually ruined my day from the beginning?" "What?" She asked. "Bumped into one rude and arrogant dude". "Oops. Bad with words?" "Oh yeah. Very". "Good with looks right?" She asked with a brow furrowed. Tryna tease me. "Yeah. Nanny, stop that. It's just a day and I dislike him already". I retorted. "I've heard you". "Stop giving that look". I said, slamming my legs all the way to the sitting room. Minutes later, she came with the food which I gladly collected and she started talking. As it is, we do gist a lot. "So, how was your noon with Aiden?" She asked. "It was okay. At least, I was relieved a bit". I replied. "Heard the new song he released last night?" "Sure. It was a hit. It had billions of likes and followers". As soon as I said that, the news of the Don came in and as usual, he has committed one crime or the other. Don't know why Aiden and nanny likes the guy so much. "Yes! He has taken care of some criminals again. He's such a hero". Nanny said as she watched his video. "He's such a criminal, nanny. He's taking out the bad guys when he is a bad guy himself". "He is doing all what the cops couldn't do and he doesn't get involved with the police or harm innocent lives. They want to arrest him but can't because despite the fact that he's a don, over half of the world still loves him. He's a huge celebrity, girlie". She beamed while I rolled my eyes. No one has ever seen his face because he was always with a mask on and it has never been removed. He is not an old man as his physique proves that. He must be a deadly young guy. He doesn't show mercy when killing. Main reason why I fear and dislike him so much. "The most unique thing about him is that when you surf the net about him, not a thing is revealed about his identity. He must be very handsome and classy. He sure is". Nanny said. "How can you tell?" I asked, done with the meal. "It's obvious. The way he looks with his eyes, his heroic voice and walking steps and his cool appearance. I'm pretty sure there's a handsome and gentle face behind that mask". Nanny said dreamily. "Stop crushing on these guys. They ain't your age remember?" I said then felt a slap on my arm. Ouch. "It's you not me. There's Aiden, Max, Don and Romeo". "Nanny!" "Just go compose a new song for your fans and I. Stop irritating me". "Fine. No goodnight hug and kiss for you then". I said and started leaving. "You little... Come back here!" She called and that was when I ran upstairs to my room. Romeo was my childhood friend. One I always wish, if once, I could just meet him again. He was the best part of my childhood memories. He was seven while I was four and we did so many crazy things together. Then, we were called Romeo and Juliet because we couldn't do without each other. We were always together, playing all over the estate, disturbing everybody. You know the funniest part?? We never for once asked each other about our names. We were always calling ourselves Romeo and Juliet. That was the time, at a young age, I believed so much in that thing called love. Though I was young, I would always dream of being together with him for ever. Then, we got separated by our parents. Initially, they despised one another but something terrible happened which we didn't know about happened that made Romeo's parents send him abroad. As it is, I'm still searching and waiting for him, hoping to find him one day. Maybe then I can love again. Speaking of parents, it's high time I said something about them. I love them so much but we don't get along. They take their job more important than I. Travelling here and there everyday, not thinking of how lonely I get. They've never showed me parental love and care. They're too busy for that. If not for Nanny, I can't begin to imagine the kind of character I would exhibit. They feel money is everything I need. Sending billions to me every week, what do I do with so much money??? It's the same billions I get from one concert. I'm a multi-billionaire at the age of eighteen. A lonely multi-billionaire. I buried my face in the pillows on my large comfy bed as my eyes were soaked with tears. Looking beautiful and smiling everyday doesn't mean I'm happy. Who's gonna notice my loneliness?? I couldn't sleep so I just went to the room where toys and pictures of Romeo and I were kept. I touched the toys and stared at his pictures. Must be a very handsome guy by now. To be continued...
