Ashton POV
“Focus. Focus your energy on your memories. Breathe into them.”
I listened to her voice, but the fear in my heart gripped my body, and all I could do was obediently breathe.
“Your energy is knotted up. Your chakras are blocked. Hmm…”
Her hands gently moved to the top of my head and she inhaled loudly through her nose and huffed it back out of her mouth. I’m not sure what she was doing, but my head began to tingle. It felt like little bugs were running around on my scalp. Then I felt a warming sensation spreading through my brain like warm water had just been poured directly across my brain.
“Ah!” I involuntarily yelled, not bothering to feel embarrassed as a familiar scene suddenly played vividly against my closed eyelids.
“What do you see?” She asked softly.
“The forest.
