The Restaurant

knock knock we hear at Emma’s front door, i go with Emma to go answer the door knowing it’s Levi.

Emma opens the door and i swear he got more handsome since i seen him at school earlier. Levi is sanding there in an all black long sleeve button up with dark wash jeans and black boots.

Emma steps back so i can go out the door after her and Levi greet each other Layla must still be in the kitchen.

Ready to go Levi ask, Of course i turn and hug Emma goodbye and yell goodbye to Layla somewhere in the house .Me and Levi walk out to a beautiful black Audi parked in front of Emma’s house.

So i hope your hungry, theirs this great Italian restaurant about 30 minutes away from here right out of town,

Levi says

Actually i love Italian it’s my favorite, when i was little mom would take me to get Italian at least once a month sometimes twice a month,

As we drive to the restaurant the conversation is easy between us. I never really put much thought into dating but this is turning out to be nice, maybe because Levi just seems more grown for his age and has respect for the people around him.

We finally get to the restaurant, Levi gets out and comes around to open my door for me, as he leads the way inside he puts his hand on my lower back to kinda direct me the right way.

As we walk in theirs the hostess and her eyes get big when she sees Levi i even seen her push her breast together,Oh lord here we go is all i can think.

Levi must have noticed to because he pulls me closer as we walk up to her.

After Levi said that she seemed to get really nervous. Almost scared it seemed. Maybe she’s worried he’s gonna get her fired or something, that would be understandable seeing as she started of by being rude,

The manager comes out a short Italian man older looking, Levi leaves me standing their for a second as they step away i can’t really hear what their saying but Levi’s voice sounds different, they shake hands and Levi comes back to me leading me by my lower back again to a booth off in the corner where we will have privacy.

I’m sorry about that Sam , she shouldn’t have come off being rude to you, I’ve been here a million times maybe never with a date, still she should’ve been respectful no matter who i was with.”He Says”

Do you know her,, she seems to have goo goo eyes for you as soon as we stepped in here, I Ask

I don’t know her name, but yes i”ve seen her here when me Alex and Luca come here sometimes,He says

My parents own some businesses. They work for themselves. He Says

My mom works at the hospital as a nurse, and my dad I’ve never ment him,he took off when my mom was five months pregnant with me, I really don’t know anything about him, mom never talks about him i never ask. I do have this necklace that he randomly sent my mother after she had me, I tell him after i take the necklace out of the inside of my top, My mom gave it to me on my 16 birthday saying my father wanted me to have it, at that I notice Levi staring at my necklace.

The waitress comes over and we finally put in our food orders, as the waitress leaves Levi moves closer to me, again i now can smell his cologne.

We talk about less serious things he even jokes around everything is going so easy.when the food comes to our table we talk less enjoying the food and each others company,

When we are getting ready to go Levi reaches to hold my hand as we leave out and ill i can do is smile up at him. He’s being so sweet and such a gentlemen.As Levi pulls out of the parking lot, heading to the theater,I think im so happy i was late that morning .
