We knew we had to devise a plan. We reluctantly snuck out and went into the nearby forest. With our new fox abilities, we all dug a 14 yard wide and 30 feet deep hole. Luckily for us, Annie was extremely smart and her parents are rich so she brought a LOT of materials. We built a high-tech underground base with a fox DNA scanner entrance in under 4 hours. (I know that that sounds impossible, but foxes are much faster than humans.) We named it, P.A.W.S HQ. We couldn't think of anything for it to stand for though.

“Look, the person who did this had to have been John Cobblestone, and if he can do this, then he can reverse it.” I said. “And we’re gonna need superhero names, so don’t call me Everett, call me Fox Boy.” We made weapons and blasters and swords and I think Annie (Now Fox Girl) started building robots. “Ok cool, we wasted 4 hours, now what?” Zayne said (Now Dog Boy.)((Even though he’s a fox just like the rest of us)) “Dude, you know that this is awesome right?” Said Mason (Now Dark Fox). We ran back home, and briefly went back to bed. We got three hours of sleep, but knew once we went back to school to see each other again, we would continue to investigate.

CHAPTER 3: The First Battle

So, It was a super boring day of school. But that didn’t matter anymore. When I got home I did something I've never done before… I turned on our local news.The news reports that night at 10:15 everyone was noticing something absolutely nuts going on. The animals in the pet shelter had escaped after it was robbed. And much worse. A prison break had also occurred where 253 prisoners broke out. I texted Fox Girl to ask if she heard about it. She hadn’t. We then coordinated for all of us to meet up a little while later at HQ. We geared up ready for adventure. Fox Girl had a backpack with 4 arms that came out, a purple laser pistol, and a remote control laser drone in her backpack. Dog Boy had a pair of nunchucks he could put together to form a staff that could eject a blade from the tip. Dark Fox had a golden sword that he could turn into a laser rifle, and 10 plasma grenades around his waist. And I, Fox Boy, had a blue sword, Akimbo (meaning 2) laser pistols, and 3 throwable teleportation devices.

We went over to the prison and there were robots everywhere. We sliced some, blasted some, exploded some. You get the idea. We destroyed at least 50 before we saw a man sitting in some sort of flying laser pod. He looked familiar. “Hey guys! I think that's John Cobblestone!” I shouted. “Finish off these fur faced freaks and keep them out of my plan, minions.” John ordered. “Oh my god! Is he trying to destroy us?” worried Fox Girl. “Oh yeah, big fight!” Shouted Dog Boy. After 2 minutes of this, three robot tanks showed up. We destroyed the first one when Dark Fox threw four plasma grenades at it. I destroyed the second when I teleported to the engine and stabbed it. But before we could do anything about the third one, it spat out three robots with chainsaw arms. “Dude WHAT?!?!” I shouted. We attacked them with explosives. (WHICH THEY ARE APPARENTLY RESISTANT TO!!) We tried Fox Girl’s drone and thankfully it worked. We destroyed all of them. We then overheard John saying something about two crystals that when combined, could power some sort of 80 foot tall mech.
