Meanwhile Christmas was just around the corner. She wondered if Blaine had anything in mind. Maybe he planned to go away again. The thought of spending Christmas alone was depressing, but sending her back to Alex just for Christmas would be pointless unless he was ready to send her back for good. Loan or no loan, if she left she wasn’t coming back. She soon had her answer.
