How it all started
Sarah finds herself in a remote region of the Tennessee mountains. She is in search of a rare flower that is said to have healing properties unlike anything else.
Luckily, her mentor, Dr. Joseph Kindly, had taught her quite a lot about this region before he passed away. The doctor had spent many years in the area studying one of America's last truly wild werewolf tribes. The Kulthi tribe.
Everything was going fine so far. Sarah was following her map and her GPS still had good signal.
Suddenly, her GPS just completely dies. Sarah stays calm as she still had her map. She keeps heading in what she believes is the correct location. However, she ends up walking too close to a slippery clif and starts tumbling down into a valley.
Sarah stands up and checks herself. luckily she only has a few scratches, but she had fallen and rolled so far she now had no idea where she was, and she couldn't find her map.
She frantically searches for her map, which she eventually finds, except it's in a pond, and it's completely waterlogged and dissolving. Trying to read it is hopeless at this point.
Sarah sighs and looks around, seeing if she can see any signs of where she could head to get out of the valley, though she knows that's hopeless.
Eventually she sees an oddly places pike of leaves. Something seems off about them. Sarah walks over to investigate. Turns out the leaves are the perfect decoy, as she knocks her foot against a rope, and before she knows it her left leg is lifted up in the air, leaving her upside down. Several tribe members jump out with spears and swords pointed at her. She instantly recognizes the yellow and blue tribal face paint. This is the Kulthi tribe. One of the more elite members rushes to she front.
"State your name and why you are in our territory. How do we know you're not a traitor?"
