I tell Sophie what’s going on and leave to go get Brea. Sophie agrees that someone should walk Brea here and that she’ll be watching me to make sure no one follows or stops us. Nodding, I then leave her house and she leaves the insulation incantation up. Heading to the hospital, I see Stephen bringing Kayla to the hospital, hopefully for the vial of blood I asked for.
“When Stephen brings Kayla in to have a vial of blood taken for a gender identification test, bring it to me in Brea’s room. Just tell them that it’s possible to tell the gender this early now due to new technology created by humans.” I mind-link Sandi.
“Okay. No problem. When are they coming in?” Sandi mind-links me.
“Should be any minute now. I saw them coming this way when I walked in.” I mind-link her back.
