Brea Barlowe part 4

922 Words
“So, the abilities that Brea is most likely to have come from her mom Alpha-Luna Isabell of the Blood Moon Pack which was wiped out 17 years ago. Except for Brea. Her mom Isabell had special abilities as a full werewolf, which is rare. But it seems as though her whole maternal bloodline has had special abilities, meaning all the women of her bloodline on her mother’s side have had some sort of special ability. Now, I can’t guarantee what ability she is likely to have, though there seems to be a pattern in the family ability tree. But something happened before the birth of Brea and Isabell went missing for five days. When she came back she had acted as if nothing happened and she didn’t even know she was gone. With Brea showing signs of abilities like being able to hide her scent since around the age of two and being able to create separate mind-links without breaking the ranking pack link, it may prove she has more than one ability. But to know for sure you have to monitor her, get her to use her abilities in a controlled underground area, so that no one can see her training. If anyone finds out who she is there will be another bloodbath. Someone added to Brea’s familial abilities and they want her. While you were away, I try scrying for sources looking for her and I found one that I thought died a long time ago. So, this is serious and Brea is going to need all the help and protection she can get.” Sophie tells me and my mind is blown. I never would’ve expected for anyone to be after Brea for all these years. Maybe that explains the random attacks we have received since she got brought into the pack. “So, how do we go about getting Brea and Stephen’s mate bond back together?” I ask. “Well for starters, we’re going to need some of his slut of a she-wolf’s blood. I can perform a paternity test and show Stephen that it is extremely rare for wolves to have babies with anyone either then their mates.” Sophie says. “Okay I’ll get right on that but I’ll have to send for that. Stephen will be the only one she’ll let take her blood I’m sure.” I say. “Hey Steph. I may have found a way for you to fix the Alpha mate bond between you and Brea. But I need you to bring a small vial of Kayla’s blood. Tell her it’s for a gender identification test.” I mind-link Stephen. “You found a way for me to have my mate bond back? And you’ll help me fix it? But wait, what? Why Kayla’s blood?” Stephen mind-links back, sounding excited. “Just please do it. For the sake of saving Brea.” I mind-link him. “Okay. I’m on it.” Stephen links back then closes the link. “Stephen said he’ll get a small vial of Kayla’s blood, enough for a gender identification test.” I say to Sophie. “Very good on the spot thinking. Now time to make sure Brea is okay with this. Because it won’t work if she doesn’t want it too.” Sophie says, smiling. “Not a problem. I can be pretty convincing.” I say. “Hey Kendra?” I mind-link Brea’s wolf. “Yeah?” Kendra links back. “You alright?” I ask through the link. “Never better.” Kendra strains her smartass remark. “Good to know you can still be a smartass. Quick question.” I mind-link her. “What’s up?” She mind-links back. “What was Brea thinking about when I asked for a vial of her blood?” I ask through our link. “She wanted to die, so that her next mate would actually love her.” Kendra says and hearing that breaks my heart. “Stephen does love her. He’s willing to do anything to have their mate bond back. So, I may have sent him on a mission to start the process. Can you ask Brea if she’d be willing to take Stephen back? She’ll make the best Alpha-Luna, and I can’t wait for their wedding and all the pups to be running around the pack house. They’d be just as beautiful, smart, kind, and loving as Brea. I don’t know what they’d get from Stephen but if it’s not good the whole pack would help train them to be better.” I say through our link and smile in my head. “Hahahaha. You’ve always been amazing Aaron. I wish we had stayed friends and I’m sorry for not telling you about Odessa.” Brea laughs through our link. “Brea! I don’t mind, just as long as you are safe now. And I’ve never stopped thinking of you as my friend. But right now you have a mate who is dying to make up for his stupidity. What do you say?” I ask her, finally hearing her voice makes me feel relieved. “What do I have to do? I would love to have my mate and be eternally happy.” Brea asks through our link. “Do you know where Sophies’ house is? Wait, you know what, stay there. I’m coming to get you. I need to make sure you get here.” I say through our link. “Okay. Staying put.” Brea giggles.
