27 "Why are you so gloomy?" I asked Jack as we headed out of the pub. I had drunk my two-pint limit, while my classmates had quite a bit more. Clyde, by this point, was talking straight nonsense. Since being in the company of people who are drunker than you isn't much fun, I tugged at Jack's sleeve, and he eagerly left (he didn't drink at all).
