It took some time, but we were finally able to talk Jazmine into waiting until after the Elders left to see Matilda. We walked Mary to one of the studio apartments in the pack house. I told her she was welcome to stay there while she was here. She said she was going to keep an eye on the Elders and would let us know when they were gone.
Me and Jazmine went back to my quarters. I was able to talk her into getting a few hours' sleep with me. She was snuggled into me softly snoring. I ran my hand softly down her back as I thought about everything Elder Mary told us tonight. I can't believe my mate is the dragon Princess.
