Jimmy immediately began to have a headache, he felt a sharp swerve occur inside his head. The mention of Gu sent him a shockwave that he wasn't prepared to bare.

Not only did he hate going to the company, his fear came from the fact that he may run into Anna. He went back to her with the thoughts of leaving town, now it wasn't the case.

His father had refused to unfreeze his cards, his mother had refused to help him, now he was stuck in Jacksonville. What's worse, he was headed to Gu, where he might most likely have himself a sticky situation.

Felicity rolled a bowl of parboiled rice over to Sarah as she grabbed it with alertness.

" You didn't put anything? " Sarah inquired.

" Nothing, just stir fried it with curry and garlic like you said. " Felicity answered.

" Nice. " Sarah threw the rice into a large pan she already had on fire, " Anna, you done with the porridge? "

Anna turned from a distance, " I'm done, steph is plating. "

So far, Sarah had played it cool with Stephanie, she didn't for a second act like there was an underlying issue. Her aims transgressed past uncovering Stephanie foul play, to something bigger. As a result she mustn't compromise her work situation.

Few minutes later, Sarah was done with her dish and signalled Rico for plating.

" Smells delicious. " Rico complimented.

" Thank you. " Sarah returned with a smile.

Sarah's attention turned to Xavier who was seriously on his phone. She briefly thought about her discovery, about the ongoing relationship between Olivia and Xavier.

Sarah contemplated if the information was valuable to her, wether she could use it to her advantage. A relationship between a worker and a boss is meant to be secret sometimes, and judging by how Olivia and Xavier operated, this was one of the times.

Sarah's inquisitiveness grew as she saw Xavier exited the kitchen.

" Hey, "

Xavier greeted with a kiss on the lips and he entered Olivia's office.

" Hey, " Olivia returned holding him by the hand and ushering him inside.

Xavier took a seat on the couch at the end of the room, just by the side of the door and opened his arms wide to welcome her.

And as expected, she fell inside his warm embrace and found a space inside him, kissing and smudging herself on his body. Her hands were wrapped around his waists as she rested her head on his chest.

" When are you planning on us going public? "

Xavier's question caused Olivia to detach from from him and looked away.

" Olivia? " Xavier called, taking her by the hand, " Answer the question. " Xavier sounded gentle and soft as always, regardless of the fact that his aims were urgent.

" Xavier, I can't, not now. " Olivia pinched.

" Then when? "

" My mom is going to kill me, you know that. "

" Then when exactly are you planning on us taking the next step, when you're so terrified of your mother? "

" Just be patient with me. " she reached.

Xavier sighed, he felt bad. He experienced his weight boil down from his head down his body.

" I have, I still am. " Xavier voiced out.

" For the time being, nobody must know we're together. " Olivia strictly advised.

" About that, " Xavier prolonged.

" What? " Olivia got tense.

" Rico, ex chef of my team, he knows we're together. "

The sheer feeling of fear instantly covered Olivia.
