The territory is big. Too big. When Rayne called and told me to come here I never thought it would be this pack. I'm sitting here at the edge of their perimeter a female close by already knew I was here. I can feel her eyes on me. I, on the other hand, have no idea where the hell she is. She hasn't tried to come closer knowing I wasn't trespassing yet.
I took her a while before she came out of her hiding spot. I was nowhere near finding her. She could have attacked me and I would be completely blindsided. The wolf is gorgeous. It's not every day you see a dark auburn female wolf. A ranking female is special.
