They had been in the same room for two and a half days, now greeting the morning of a new day, taking turns to the restrooms to try to put on a good face, literally and figuratively. This was a group of people who had been working together for a very long time, yet when it came to sleeping on the floor together, trying to find supplies to brush their teeth, shave, and present some semblance of a “non camping condition,” it was all a bit more familiarity than most liked.
