when the group leaves the city it was in total silence until the special forces arrive but it was too late. They saw the mayor's body hanging from the balcony. The special forces search the whole city hall and find nothing.

The special forces leader Captain Jonathan Frazier started to ask all the person that is inside the hall when the assault happened all witness said only one person the person wearing all black with the ring that has a skull symbol on his right finger no one remembers his face because the hat covered his face only his red blood eyes are seen

And all the witnesses call him the Devil of Outlaws. Meanwhile, the groups continued to head towards the old abandoned weapons facility.

Then after a few hours, the group arrived at the entrance of the facility which is in the middle of nowhere the facility was so big filled with emptiness when the group entered the facility their footsteps echoed through the facility.

The group searched the area to find something until an object attached with a string was pulled by Harvey causing the alarm system to trigger

the group prepares for an attack they position themselves in middle they heard a voice from the balcony man wearing a dirty lab coat and goggles and a rifle pointed at them.

"What are you doing here you damn magic slingers?"

"Nope! wait you got the wrong idea" Enzo said Enzo and the others drop thier weapons "We mean no harm we just a group of outlaws traveling"

"nope all of you are the same you neither Outlaw nor magic your all traitors"

"We don't even know who the f**k you are" then the scientists ask "really you don't" then the scientists ask them to go inside and drink some ice tea then the Enzo started asking some question

"So you're a scientist huh what kind? oops that strange thing to ask stranger Introduce yourself first"

"Yes I'm one of the famous scientists in this country the names Raymond Sawyer weapons developer"

"The name is Enzo Williams The strongest outlaw and this is Steven and this is Harvey and her partner"

Raymond invited the group inside to have some ice tea then Enzo started ask Raymond about his past

"So you said you were betrayed by someone right?" Raymond goes infront of his trophies and sigh heavily

"Yes I was betrayed by one of my colleagues" as he clenched his fist and punched the wall so hard

Enzo sits down and comfortably while he drinks some iced tea then he asks Raymond "Do you want to pay them back yourself?" Enzo puts the glass down on the table "What if I tell you that we have a mission to overthrow the government will you join us?"

Raymond laughs "ha...ha...ha... are you people serious? no one can do that" then Enzo pulled out pandora's box from his dimensional storage and opens it then he pulls out Death bringer and punisher he puts Death bringer on top of the table and punisher on the floor

Raymond wiped his eyes and can not believe that Enzo weapons are on a different level and pretty much on a high caliber

"D...Di...Did you make all of this?"

"Yes I made both them and I can make a more powerful weapon like that with this kind of arsenal we are pretty much unstoppable"

Raymond rethinks his thoughts and answered immediately "Yes I will"

Enzo and the others prepared to depart while Raymond grabs all of his blueprints. As the group waits for Raymond on the truck. With a genius on the group Enzo's plan of creating more weapons will be in great shape
