As the group makes a fuss around the city the mayor of the town send the best magic slinger to stop them the magic slinger end up seeing Mike and his tied in the ropes and beside them Is the man wearing a black coat the magic slinger asked the man

"Hey you there did you do all of this?" and Enzo replied "fu...fu...fu and what if did? you gonna stop me?" all the slingers surrounds him and.

the leader of the group persuaded him to surrender but Enzo just said no then Enzo turns to ask "I am gonna ask you all to stand down unless you want bloodshed" the slingers didn't answer.

Enzo pulled out Destroya and Ghidora from the portal the slingers didn't even faze so they continued to go near him "hmph" Enzo eyes turns red and changes to his "assault mode" and he combined it with deadly Blossom which increases his damage and attack speed

as he fires from different directions one by one the slingers go down then he reloads then goes near infront of the slingers who survived and he tells the survivor "I want you to send this message to your leader is that I'm coming to the strongest outlaw is coming to take all of you down"

the group regrouped at the abandoned warehouse infront of as they prepare their weapons for a few minutes the survivor arrived infront of the city hall the survivor was severely wounded

as he sends the message the whole city got alerted Enzo stop Steven from leaving the building and said "I'll go there myself I'll just give you guys a signal If I need some backup"

all of the best slingers gather inside the city hall when the message was sent they got alarmed and started to reload their guns while the enemy was preparing Enzo as well prepared his guns

all of the best slingers were ready so they went out and saw a portal down the staircase infront of the city hall

all of them were shocked after a few minutes Enzo appeared from the portal while holding Destroya and Ghidora in both of his hands. He wasn't scared at all even if his outnumbered by his enemies

"So this is all the best slingers you have?"

"kid don't get so cocky you're outnumbered" said by slingers ranked in A division. Slinger is ranked in 6 ranks E is the lowest then S is the highest the slingers a composed of C to A division with a number of 25 slingers but Enzo didn't back down

"is that so?" Enzo started to climb the staircase and with every step, he makes the slinger's moves. when Enzo is in range he changes assault mode then starts firing killing every slinger that goes towards him blasting their heads off one by one.

Until 3 survivors left then Enzo reloads both Destroya and Ghidora which was his 3rd clip survivor started chanting their special move but before they finished there were dead they were shot by Harvey.

after that commotion Enzo enters the building all the people are sulking in fear then he grabs one person and ask "Where is the mayor office?" the man answered while shaking "t...ta...take the stairs second floor the center room" Enzo drops the man and vanishes then he arrives in the second floor infront of the room.

He kicks down the door and seeing no one was in there then he uses his drone to track him down then the drone flies outside tracking it the mayor was riding a carriage then Enzo tracks it down teleporting above the carriage.

He smashes the roof grabbing the mayor by the collar then teleports back to the hall.

"What do you need "I'll give you anything you want just don't kill me please"

"I don't want your filthy money I just need you to send the message for me" then loud gunshots were heard in the mayor office then saw the mayor hanging off the balcony with a rope the message was attached to the mayor back the sign says

"You won't stop me now I'm gonna finish what I started and that is to bring all of you down -Strongest Outlaw- ".

the group regroups again outside the city then Steven asks Enzo "where to next?" Enzo answered "this place" pointed at the old weapons facility.
