Chapter -1 (An untold truth)
It was pouring rain, and a girl was walking blindly on a deserted road. Tears streamed endlessly from her eyes, and blood was flowing from her body as if a river were rushing forth.
She suddenly stopped and looked up at the sky, screaming, "Oh God! Why does this always happen to me? I always bring happiness to others, but why do I always receive pain in return? Why do my own loved ones betray me? What have I ever done wrong?"
Saying this, she collapsed onto the ground, sobbing uncontrollably.
That girl was none other than Pakhi.
But why was she crying like this? Why was she cursing her fate? To understand, let's go back a few days…
Pakhi was a cheerful and lively girl, known for her ability to spread joy to everyone around her. She lived in a small family consisting of her mother, father, grandmother, and younger sister, Pari in delhi. She was especially beloved by her grandmother.
One morning, her mother shouted, "Pakhi! Look at the time! Don’t you have to get up? Today is your last final exam, and you're still sleeping! Were you studying late last night? Is that why you couldn’t wake up this morning?"
Pakhi groaned, "Mom, I’m getting up now! Just five more minutes!" She quickly got up, took a bath, and said I am joining you for breakfast before heading out.
Her father Ashok, seeing her rush, said, "Wait, Pakhi, take your time. You’ll get ready on time. She was studying late last night."
From the other side, her grandmother chimed in, "You’re always scolding my granddaughter! Don't you have anything else to do?"
Pakhi's mother Kalyani sighed, "Mother-in-law, I only woke her up! If I hadn’t, she would have been late for her exam! Today is her board exam. Also, her birthday is coming up in a few days—she’s about to turn eighteen. You know why I am so concerned, don’t you?"
Hearing this, her grandmother became lost in thought, her eyes welling up with tears. "No matter what happens, she is dear to our hearts. We will always keep her happy and never let her find out about this."
Just then, Pakhi ran out of her room, shouting, "Mom! Give me my breakfast quickly! I’m getting late! Today is my last exam, and my friends and I have planned to go watch a movie afterward. We decided that the day our exams end, we’ll all go together because, after this, everyone will go to different colleges, and we don’t know when we’ll meet again."
Her mother, concerned, asked, "When will you be back? Are you coming home first or going straight from your exam?"
Pakhi reassured her, "Don’t worry, Mom! After my exam, I will go to Priya's house with her, and from there, we will go to watch the movie together I’ll be back on time. Priya is with me; she will drop me home." Saying this, she quickly rolled up her paratha and left, eating it on the way.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the city in mumbai, Raj Singhania—a mafia king disguised as a top businessman—was shown in his office. No one knew his real identity.
He was angrily scolding his secretary, Mahir. "Are you out of your mind? I gave you one simple task, and you couldn’t even do that! Do you even know how important that file was? If I don’t get it, you know very well what I will do to you! Get me that file as soon as possible, or prepare for the consequences!"
Mahir, terrified, hurried out of his cabin, muttering under her breath, "What kind of boss is this? Always shouting at me! It was just a file! What could be so important in it? Oh God, please send a girl into his life soon so he’ll stop bothering me!"
Just as he was thinking this, fate had already set thing. To know more Stay tuned.
