A Sight to behold......

Selena's POV 

It is already 7 in the evening and only one hour was left before I finally meet our 2nd largest shareholder, the Alpha of the black moon clan. I had finally finished all my meetings and cleared my schedule so I now have ample time to prepare for the greet n meet. I called up my secretary xenon and said," i want you to forward all the available information on Alpha Damien to my e-mail immediately and ask CEO James to meet me in my cabin ASAP" "Yes Ma'am", xenon answered I his usual cheerful voice. Xenon's presence in the Office was known to be very calming but even he could not help calm my nerves. In a matter of moments I heard foot steps come towards my cabin followed by a knock on the door, " come in" i answered and James walked in wearing his regular three piece black suit. "Whats with the stressed up face?"he asked," I'm worried about the meet with Damien " I confessed. I never hid any problem or anything that bothered me from James cus he was the one who has always been there for me and that's the reason he is my best friend and the only friend if we don't consider business allies." Sweetie you'll do just fine stop worrying, besides how hard can it be to talk to him when the contract has already been signed. He is just another businessman who will receive our services just like the others. Anyway they are only coming here to change the time span" said James trying to relax me and I must say it was working cuz I was feeling less nervous already." Thanks J, you really know how to cheer me up." I said winking an eye at him and putting up my best professional face on for the meeting. Yeah how hard can it be, I'm just meeting an alpha like many others before him except he known as the alpha king on this side of the Atlantic. 

 I still felt scared even now when I was already standing outside the boardroom because this was my first-time being in a meeting without James as he went to attend to the important work assigned by his grandfather, Silas Dracula. I let out all my pressure in a breath and pushing the handle I entered the room. An amazing scent with a mixture of Cedarwood and the earthy scent of rain engulfed me causing me to stagger a bit. My eyes searched the room for the source of the heavenly scent and landed on the most attractive pair of ocean blue eyes staring at me. I heard someone say 'Mate' in almost a whisper which I heard because of my heightened hearing but I was so  lost in the depth of those eyes that I forgot all my surroundings, I then shifted my gaze into to the face of owner of those incredible eyes and couldn't help but wonder -how could someone be so perfect. He had the most perfect looks with an atheletic build, broad shoulders and a chiseled face with the perfect tan.  He was clad in a mid night black 3 peice suit which was perfectly hugging his huge biceps and his sculpted torso. From the strong and intimidating aura around him i identified him to be Alpha Damien afraid i might make the wrong impression i immediately managed to knock back sense into my awestruck body and greeted the panel of  members from the Black Enterprise," Goodevening gentlemen, allow me to introduce myself, Selena Moon, CEO and co founder of the HACK N CODE and Co." " It is an honor to meet you Miss Moon." said one of the Black Enterprise members whom I recognized as the leader of the PR department, Mr.Russel Brown who was also a world renowned lawyer before he decided to settle and joined the Black Enterprise.

 He extended his hand towards me but before I could reach in for a hand shake an inhuman growl erupted from the Alpha causing Mr.Brown to pull back his hand. I gave a confused look to the Alpha to which he just shrugged. I decided it would useless to try to strike a simple conversation with him in middle of a professional meeting so I began discussing the details of the contract. I soon found myself in deep discussion with the delegates in regard of the time span for the contract while having noticed Damien steadily observing me with an amused look on his face which occasionally changed to confused eyebrow raise and back causing a pit of butterflies to rise in my stomach.i couldn't understand how a single glance from him sent my heart racing and set my soul on fire. We finnaly reached an agreement on all the details of the contract and signed the documents. The legal teams of both companies began to sort out and finish all other minor paperwork in their office while the others began to move out of the boardroom leaving me alone with the Alpha which he seems to have evidently ordered through their pack link.

Being in the same room as him made me feel nervous like never before and to hide it I began fidgeting with the last button of my coat and an awkward silence settled in. I think he understood my nervousness as I dodged his eyes because he decided to break the ice by speaking first. " So...... Are you a werewolf? " yes" I said in a small voice with great difficulty of bringing out my voice without cracking. " Are you nervous right now 'my Omega'?" He said with a chuckle. Somehow his reference to me as his Omega caused blood to rise up to my cheek as my face began to blush in a deep shade of red." No Alpha" I replied trying to show that he  wasn't affecting me while my face completely gave me away.  This caused a smirk to be plastered on his lips while he began studying my features with brimming joy. His joy was cut short as a growl erupted from him suddenly making me step back in fear. " What happened to your wolf? " he questioned. I could sense that it was no longer the alpha but his wolf speaking, The Alpha King was speaking.
