Nathan received a text from from unknown number to inform him that Winslow will like to see him before he head home after the shoot.
He let Henri drop Valentino over at her place with her car and drive the other car himself to the company and called the number again
The line was switched off so he head towards his office but found no one but Stella closing the door about to leave
"What are you doing here?" Stella questioned him
"To meet with Winslow, where is he?" He answered clueless.
Stella smiled and asked him to follow her inside her office to wait for him, Winslow already retired for the day and head home so there is no way he will ask him to come here.
"Where is he?" Nathan asked again
“He has something to attend to quickly, he said to wait for him” Stella lied and went to get him a cup of coffee which she add some sedative pills in and hand it over to him.
“I am not interested in coffee” he said rejecting it but Stella pushed it into his hands
"Winslow's appointment might take a while so you should have something to fill your stomach" she said and Nathan took it but place it down in the table
"I thought you dislike me so much now" she said and takes a seat beside him drinking slowly from another cup.
“Go straight to the point”
"You asked me a month ago to help you end things with Valentino so she can finally let go of you, why have you changed your mind now? Are trying to make me the bed guy here" she said taking him by surprise
Nathan has no idea that Juan did something like that and thought Stella was just getting ahead of herself, turns out Juan really wanted to end things with Valentino that he even went as far as using Stella to hurt her.
He took the cup of coffee lying on the table and drank a mouthful, Stella smiled seeing that he has taken the bait and move closer to him
"Are you pretending to still love her for a reason? If you have another plan then you should let me know" she said caressing his thighs.
“Take your hands off” Nathan warned instantly irritated and fling her hand away then stood to his feet
“You really want to stop after having s*x with me? Should I show your little girlfriend a picture of our pleasurable moments” she said and charged at him trying to undress him.
Nathan pushed her hard before she had the chance and she fell flat on the ground, he turned to leave but staggered back feeling dizzy.
His eyes turned blurry and a he could see is Stella standing in front of him
“Did Winslow really call me here?” he asked as her figure approached him and saw her undress slowly
"We are all alone in here and that's what matters" she said putting down the only piece of clothes covering her body and glue her body to his trying to get him aroused more.
Nathan realized what is happening and his body starts to heat up as her body made contact with his and he suddenly lose it
His eyes turned flame and his body heat up so much that Stella couldn't stand it and immediately let go feeling the burn.
"What's going on?" She screamed in pain and step further away from him afraid.
“You are sick” Nathan spit at her and push the door opened then hurried out of the building.
His phone start to ring when he got into the car and then pick it up to hear some unpleasant news from Henri.
“Master I think something is wrong with Miss Valentino”
“What do you mean?” Nathan questioned immediately turning the car around towards her place.
"I dropped her off and saw that she left her script in the car so I turned back to give it to her but she was gone" Henri explained
"Try tracking her phone" Nathan said but that doesn't help either.
“The tracking device on her phone is off” he answered and Nathan panicked for a second
"Continue to track her phone and tell me if you get a signal" he instructed and drive faster to her place.
Nathan input Juan's birthday as the door's pass code and is let in, he saw her shoes thrown in different spaces on the floor and realized that whoever it is must have been waiting for her inside the house which means it's someone who knows her well.
‘She has been kidnapped’
Seems like she struggled a little with her predator and that caused the marks of sweats on the floor outside her room
Nathan immediately put a call through to Henri and ask him to come over since he is the best at finding people with their scent
Henri arrived in no time and together they track the scent of the predator together which lead them to the outskirts of the city.
The scent continued inside an uncompleted building and they rushed in but found no one there except a broken chair with a loosen rope on it and a bat with blood.
Nathan growled losing his cool and dashed outside the building again to search the surrounding, he transformed into a full wolf and made his way to the top of a tree to view the vicinity clearly
He heard her faint cry from afar and charged forward ready to tear whoever it is apart but stopped at the sight in front of him.
He saw Valentino standing over a werewolf in an half transformed appearance slashing her long nails in his body and a man's voice yelled out in pain as he transformed back to human.
Nathan transformed back to his human form and approached the scene, immediately Valentino noticed someone else coming she transformed back to her human form and suddenly fainted.
Seeing that she is down, Thomas took to his heels and disappeared fast into the bushes.
Nathan carried Valentino up in his arms from the floor and tried to wake her up but she is not responding, he checked her breathing and saw that she is breathing fine so he relaxed while Henri approached them.
“Is she alright?” Henri asked and Nathan answered yes.
“Should I go after him?” he asked and transformed into a big giant wolf before Nathan could give him the go ahead running towards the direction Thomas escaped to
Nathan carried Valentino and head home quickly to tend to her wounds, although she managed to fight off whoever it is, the werewolf also injured her badly and she has injuries all over her body.
He found some first aid and applied them on the injuries caused by the wolf's fangs.
"Ah" Valentino grunt coming back to her senses and slowly opened her eyes..
"Anthony" she called crying and hugged him with tears.
"What happened?" Nathan asked when she has calmed down a little
"I really don't have anything to do with them anymore, I don't know why they came after me today" she said
Nathan has no idea that she is a werewolf, she never mentioned it to him and he didn't perceive it from her also and now that she is talking about having nothing to do with whoever attacked her means she is not fully a werewolf.
"I tried to hold it in and not hurt him but I just couldn't control myself" she continued to explain but Nathan doesn't blame her and is rather proud that she can protect herself.
"Stop talking for now and wait till you get better""he told her and turned her over to lay on her back.
Nathan stood up and step out to call Jonas and asked him to come over and help heal her wounds quickly
"Wouldn't she find it suspicious to see her wounds gone the next morning? She still doesn't know who you are" Jonas reminded him
"Just make sure she is not in pain then"Nathan said and he nods before getting to work
Valentino yelled in pain for a few seconds as Jonas healed her and Nathan held her hand through it
"You are fine now" Nathan said when Jonas is done and wiped the sweats that has formed on her face.
"Do you like this woman?" Jonas asked seeing his overly concern for her
"What do you mean?"
"You look like you care for her a lot" he said
"It's nothing like that" Nathan assured him and asked him to talk outside
"Why don't you let Henri take care of things here and return to the pack with me?" Jonas suggested but Nathan disagree
"A lot of things look suspicious, I have to figure it out before going back" he said someone must have lured him to go to the company in order to kidnap Valentino and harm her and whoever it is must have something to do with the pack.
"Are you unwilling to leave because you have fallen for that weak woman?" Jonas questioned obviously displeased by the thought of it.
"She is not human" Nathan defended
"You shouldn't fall for someone who won't be of help to you at all, she is very weak" he blurted and Nathan glare at him to shut up
He took two steps backwards and quickly apologized for his rudeness
"I don't mean to question your actions but I am just concerned" he said
"You can leave now and make sure not to report this to Augustus" I warned and he nods positively before retreating
"I am cold" Valentino murmured and tries to grab a duvet to cover herself up
Nathan entered the room and grabbed a duvet from the closet and put it over her body but it wasn't enough
When he thought that she is human, Nathan doesn't want to use his powers to keep her warm but now that he has found out that she is also a shifter, he decide to keep her warm using his ability.
He took off his shoes and got into bed with her to keep her warm, he wrapped.her body in his arms.
Valentino immediately start to get warm under a few minutes and pull away from him to remove her clothes and revealed her collarbone
"What is she doing?" Nathan muttered and quickly cover her body
"I feel hot" she complained, her words sounds like a sweet rhyme and he realized that she is no longer feeling cold
"I will turn on the air conditioner then" he said and tried to get up but then her hand comes falling on his neck and she pulls him back on the bed
"Help him take off my clothes" she begged causing a stir in his heart
"Are you awake? Beg a good girl and don't say nonsense" he told her but she wouldn't let go.
She opened her eyes and stare at him with his sleepy eyes and asked him to help her take off her clothes again.
Nathan slowly pull off her tiny top and his hand comes in contact with her warm body making him tempted.
"That's hot"Valentino cried out and Nathan immediately restart his hand and control himself
He continued to help her with her clothes stopping after removing her skirt and leaves her underwear on
"Look at me" Valentino said seductively turning his eyes to gaze at her body and she pulled her hands over his clothes
Nathan pull her hands away and caress them gently against his, Valentino opened her mouth to say something to him but Nathan stopped her words with a kiss on her lips.
A moan escaped her mouth as she wasn't expecting such a powerful claim on her lips and she slowly lean back to allow him kiss her.
Her body melts slowly in his arms and It took him a few seconds to reach for her tongue covering every inch of her mouth.
Valentino hits him to give her space for a breath which he did but pull down her clothes the next second and claimed her mouth again.
