A few days later, Juan received a notification concerning his contract termination in the movie and breach of contract payment, not only is he being replaced on Irene’s orders but he is also going to pay a lot of money as compensation.
Nathan wanted to ignore it and just let Winslow face it but turns out Juan has signed a ridiculous contract whereby his company has full charge of how he spend his incomes
He got out of his bed sweating profusely due to the fire inside him, now that he hasn't had the time to transform and go hunting; his condition seems to be getting worse.
Nathan got into the bathroom to take a cold shower and comes out when he is done but bumped into Stella who somehow found her way into his room
"How did you get in?" Nathan questioned not too pleased to see her.
"Is that important? We need to be somewhere now" she said to him and shut the door to wait in the living room while he get ready.
Nathan get ready in a simple black shirt and blue trousers then joined her in the car; surprisingly Chubby isn't here to drive them.
The car head towards the North side highway different from the route he usually took to the company which made Nathan question her on their destination.
"We are going to make amendment" Stella answered him; she seemed uncomfortable too but remain quiet.
The car pulls up in front of a tall building and they made their way inside and got off on the last floor.
Nathan step into the house and is surprised that she has bought him to Irene’s apartment and even more shocked to see Valentino inside tending to Irene in her knees.
"You are here so quick, I guess your agent really don't want to waste money on you” Irene mocked and hand over the drink in her hand to Valentino to hold.
"What are you doing here?" Nathan asked ignoring her and turned to Valentino.
"Winslow said he would cut you off..."
"Don't spill my drink” Irene yelled at her and stood up from her seat and took a step closer to Nathan.
"If you kneel and apologize to me then I will forgive everything, what do you say?" She said smirking
Apart from the issue that went down at the reading, she has been trying to find an opportunity to make him now in front of her after he rejected her proposal and couldn't be more pleased right now.
"If you beg me right now then I might let you keep your role and spare her too" she said again expecting him to fall at her feet.
Nathan matched towards Valentino and threw the glass in her away to the floor, startled, Stella and Irene step back and turned to him shocked.
The temperature of the room increased as he took a step closer to them and the look in his eyes turned fierce, the two looks on afraid.
"What are you going to do?" Irene stuttered turning her eyes away from his glare.
"You seem to be delusional about something" he said and turned to Stella
"You should be prepared to drop out with your chump funds" he told her and pulled Valentino along with him out of the room.
"What is going on? You said he is going to apologize" Irene screamed breaking another glass in anger.
"Did you two come here to humiliate me?" She shouts at Stella who is still shocked to witness a different side of him.
"That is not my intention, I will get back to you some other time" Stella said calmly and leaves the room.
She was surprised when Winslow asked her to go apologize to Irene with Juan and felt unwilling to go but now seeing the way he acted because of Valentino, she couldn't help but feel that he is totally changed from the pushover he is...
... Nathan held on tightly to Valentino’s hand even after getting into the car and frown his face still upset with her, Valentino took a peek at him and stopped herself from upsetting him further
"I am sorry" she said after a while expecting him to respond to her but he remain quiet and slowly loosen his hold on her hand.
"I didn't know where Winslow asked me to go is Irene’s house, I just wanted to do anything I can to help" she continues to explain but he still doesn't see reasons with her.
She acts so timid by when she is around others and will not dare to speak up for herself; she only dares to act bold when she is around him.
"Where is your place?" Nathan asked as they arrive at the house.
"It's a long distance from here" she answered him
"Let the driver send you back" he said and instruct the driver to drive her home safely
"Juan” Valentino called out to him, clutching his shirt and pouting her lips.
"What are you doing?" Nathan asked seeing her attempt at pacifying him
"Are you going to stay angry at me?" She continued to pout and turned her face like she is about to cry.
"I am not angry" Nathan muttered finding it hard to resist her cuteness and his face softened
Valentino smiled seeing that her method worked and stretched her body from the car to kiss him then pulled back as quickly as she could.
"Let's go" she said and the driver zoomed off before Nathan could say a word.
"She is really daring" he murmured and head inside placing a call to Jonas as he did.
"Yes master" Jonas said answering the call like he has been waiting for it.
"I want you to look into companies that has worked with us, find out the ones that have businesses here in country B or works in the entertainment industry" Nathan ordered.
"Huh"
"I want to make an investment in a movie" he added and Jonas is even more confused
"Why do you need money to invest in movies? Are we going to divert to the entertainment industry? You usually find it lousy" Jonas asked to clarify
"I need it to make a silly cat happy, make sure you do it discreetly so it doesn't raise any suspicion"
"How much should we work towards?" Jonas queried
"Twenty million"
It's triple of what Irene could get

"Master!"
"Or maybe more than that use the BRD housing contract as a deal. Whoever invest more fund gets the project” Nathan continued not letting him finish and hang up the phone.

News about the criteria for getting the most sought after project soon filled the business world in country Q and everyone begin to bid for it.
Although it's suspicious about the strange exchange for the deal but the BRD never do things without a careful evaluation so everyone begins to bid for it and soon everything was settled.
Winslow got a call from the producers of the movie and immediately put a call through to Stella to get Juan and Valentino back on set.
Nathan arrive back at the same venue from last time and saw Valentino waiting for him at the door, she beamed with excitement and wave at him before going inside.
The reading was put on hold because of the absent of a male lead and now that they are suddenly called back to resume work, the crews are curious and even more surprised to see Juan back.
“Mr. Augustus, it’s so good to see you” The director said grinning from ear to ear and stood up to welcome them personally
"Thank you for making it here, I am very sorry about what happened the last time. I promised such things wouldn’t happen again" The producer also stood up and hand over a bag of gift to Valentino who turned to him for permission to take it.
Charlotte sat down grumbling and lowers her head as Juan took a seat in front of her.
"You must have a close relationship with the cloud chairman, it was an honor to meet him in person" the writer said excited to have such huge investment made for her book
"I don't know him" Nathan replied stunning everyone
"I see you don't know him, he must be one of your fans then" she said while others murmured impressed by his good fortune to have someone so wealthy take interest in him.
"Probably" Nathan said.
The chairman of the clouds has always followed his work and tried so many times to compete with him so he can be counted as his fan
Seeing how calm and nonchalant he is, others couldn't help but he impressed by him and their opinion that to change knowing they dare not offend him in the future.
"I have made some necessary adjustments to the characters Mr. Augustus, why don't you take a look" the director said and hands over a new script to him and Valentino then pass it also to everyone else.
"Is this a new script? What is going on?" Valentino queried and whispered to Nathan.
"I am sure the writer got a new inspiration" he told her and smiled but she is not convinced.
There is no way the writer will change her role and character so much like this.
"The female lead ends up dying?"Irene questioned raising her eyes from the script.
"How is this nonsense called a script" she yelled at no one in particular and throws the script away.
"Miss Irene please calm down, the female lead character has been changed to two persons" the writer explained.
"You are letting her take the same role with me? How does that even make sense?" She said angrily
"What do you mean her? You are both actresses" Nathan cut in and turned to her
"Come to think of it, I still haven't gotten an apology from you" he added
“Why should I apologize when I did nothing wrong, I only said the truth” she replied stubbornly
“Nothing wrong, Should I tell you something surprising that might happen right now” Nathan said leaning forward
"Your role can be removed totally and you might even end up getting killed in the first scene, what do you think about that truth?"
“Juan!” she flared up
“Director, isn’t that possible?” Nathan questioned
"Of course we can make a little adjustment" he answered wiping an invisible sweat on his forehead
It will be better to lose a few million investments than billion investments...
“You think you can kick me out because of some chump you are able to bring in?” she brawled
“Charlotte please calm down, I heard it’s quite a huge amount of money compared to ours” her manager whispered to her and she quiet down
"Mmm” Irene cleared her throat left with no choice and with a displeased glare murmured an apology
“How much exactly is the investment you got?”Valentino whispered to him again curious.
“Enough to make her kneel and beg in front of you” Nathan answered loudly
“You want me to kneel in front of you?"Irene asked in disbelieve
“Just like how you made her knee to serve you"
“How could she do that after throwing out her out a few days ago?”Someone said
“I use to think she is a very kind person” someone else also chipped in
She is said to be an angel but her behavior definitely doesn’t correlate with her title, she has to stomp slow as to bully a junior without any good reason...
Charlotte watch as the opinion of everyone about her began to change quickly and panicked, she turned to her manager who advised that she comply and apologize quickly
Feeling humiliated with her head down, she made her way to where Valentino is seated and made to knee but she stopped her
"I accept your apology” Valentino said noticing the eyes in her eyes and everyone praised her for being kind
Everyone slowly dissipates in order to return for the reading in another few days after a proper introduction and Nathan got up to leave also.
