Kaia glowered at Cosette, then calmed herself and said, "No, I didn’t mean that. Edward will soon see through you and find out what you really want. He’ll never love you once he knows you are only greedy for glory and wealth!"

"What?" Kaia was angry.
No one had ever dared speak to her so harshly before.
