Chapter Three
Tuesday 23rd June
Oh how beautiful she looked this morning in a flowing ankle length skirt and strappy vest top. The skirt looked like linen but from this distance it’s hard to tell.
I stood back from the window, shielded from the curtains so she couldn’t see me as she passed and it’s a good job I did because she looked up again! She didn’t stop or pause but I saw her head tilt toward my window as she strode along the pavement. I couldn’t really tell what expression she had on her face as she was talking into her mobile, but she definitely looked.
Sarah came by this morning and went to the cashpoint for me while I made us some breakfast. I nearly told Sarah about Her as we drank our second cup of coffee but what could I say?
