Once Abby was settled with her books, I checked in with the pack doctor and ordered our meals for the day. I didn’t want her leaving the room until we knew what Burnt was going to do upon waking up. With all the new information, there was no telling what route she would take. I was skimming one of the books on royal wolves and their human connections when Dr. Carson sent me a link, letting me know he and Melody were on their way up and checking on Abby's mood today.
