party tonight

I got to Violet's party later that day, I came facing a huge mansion, there were a lot of students there and least I forget, Jax, too.

He sees me walking in and he rents his eyes away from me.

I got to the bar and sat there, everyone at the party seems to be talking with someone.

Whereas I was alone, or so I thought.

"Hello, Ava,"

Ryan Cody walks out of the crowd.

Ryan was Violet's ex-boyfriend, we have never gotten a chance to talk and I'm certain he kinda makes a mistake talking to me.

I got up from the chair and tried to leave, Ryan sticks out his hand and draw me back.

I fell my head on his shoulders and immediately saw something flash before my eyes.

"What do you want?"

I pushed him back.

Ryan grinned and asked if we could talk, why?.

I asked him why and he said he had always wanted us to speak but Violet has never really given him a chance to.

Speak of the devil, she walks out and caught us talking.

There was this anger in her eyes when she asked what was happening.

Ryan grabbed my hands and told his ex-girlfriend, that it wasn't her business.

Violet fumed in anger and stormed away, Ryan apologized for his behavior and asked if we should talk.

It seems important.

I accepted to talk with him. He suggested we go find a spot too since everywhere was crowded.

Jax met us leaving together, he looked at me until I got into Ryan's car and drove away.

Ryan stopped by a playground.

He wanted us to talk there.

Something was wrong with Ryan's behavior, we went to the playground.

I walked ahead of him, nothing was going on in my mind however I felt like something bad was happening behind me.

I turned and met Ryan grinning at me.

He picked up his phone and began to video.

"Hey, what is happening?"

I got frightened.

Ryan takes out his hands and tried to touch my face, I pulled away but he grabbed me again and we both fell to the ground.

Ryan squeezed my hands apart and he tried to kiss me, I firmly blocked my lips from touching his.

He saw that and grabbed my face.

"Why are you so stubborn?"

He grinned.

I asked Ryan why he was doing this, and he laughed and said violet had paid him enough money.

Indeed I should have known nothing better was going to come out of attending Violet's party.

Ryan and I struggled with each other, there was a plank at the side and just when I tried to grab it, I heard someone choking.

I turned and met Ryan's neck begin squeezed by Jax, he pulled him away from me and asked if I was okay.

No one had to tell, I jumped up and ran away in fear.

The following morning, I went to school and there was some news going on.

Ryan was declared missing.
