Episode 11

After classes, I went to get a taxi home, Jax walks in front and we both stared at each other.

He ignores me and left.

How dare he pretend that nothing happened.

A cab stopped by, I had every right to get in and go back home, however, there was something I needed to know.

"Jax?"

I ran after him.

Jax gets into his car and just when he was about to leave, I walked in front of his car.

"Hey, are you trying to get yourself killed,?"

He screamed.

"Nope, but it seems we need to talk?".

I said.

Jax comes out of his car, I saw they were people staring and asked if we could go someplace else to talk.

Jax sees the same thing and told me to get in.

I got into his car and we drove out to someplace to talk.

It was at the driveway of beta craft, facing a huge sign board.

Jax said we could talk here.

I accepted too since he wants to.

"Talk to me, what happened to Ryan when I left,"

I said.

"Ryan, didn't he reach home?"

He replied.

Jax looks away like he was avoiding my gaze, I grinned and pulled him back to my gaze.

"Tell me the truth, did you do anything to him?"

Jax gets offended by my question and asked me to leave, he takes his head away and looked at his car.

Jax was about to get in when I grabbed his hands back to my gaze

I turned him and we locked eyes together.

There was something strange, I felt like a spark, he immediately pulls his hands away and asked me to leave.

Jax hurriedly left in the car and I stood and watched him.

It seems there's something about Jax.

However, it isn't the first time this has happened, Jax has always been the person that has always come to the rescue even when all hope is lost. Isn't it just a coincidence, that Jax is my mate?

It happened with Alvin, however, he ended up being a mistake.

So in other know the truth, I will have to accept Jax as my mate.

I got into a taxi and came back home, on my way I phoned Jax but he wasn't picking up.

The next morning in college, I tried talking to him, however, the more I try to, the farther away he runs from me, it was like am a deadly disease.

I also tried talking with him at the cafeteria but Jax ignores me.

The entire day, he made me feel unwanted.

After classes, I saw him running to his car, I came after him and he warned me not to get close.

I tried telling them what happened last night, yet he dismissed my words and left.

How do I tell him that his my mate?

Mom calls me home later, I came to her and she sends me off to get some drugs for her at the pharmacy.

Immediately I took a cab and left.
