I found myself nodding. “Marie and I went to a place called Porto Santo. You should go. Lots of sun.” Everything about the room was soothing. The thick carpet was an earthy brown, with green throw rugs scattered randomly about. The coffee table was made from the stump of a tree. Combined with soft toned walls, the overall effect was of being hidden away in some forgotten fairy den.
