Wilfred"s plans advanced on how to kill his ex-wife. He worked for several days in his basement assembling several bombs. He made them in two pieces for cars. The cars he wanted to bomb belonged to a man named Andy Pasco, and to Carol Johnson, his ex-wife. Andy owned a classic Mustang. Carol drove a more recent model of SUV. Both vehicles parked outside the apartment buildings in which Carol lived. Wilfred got Carol’s address and then drove by the place several times during the day and the evening hours.
