Finding Jax in the city felt like an impossible task.
While driving, I racked my brain for anything she told me about herself that could be useful. The best clue was that she was accepted to Whitewater University, but I didn’t know where to find her. The University was huge, and looking for Jax there was like a needle in a haystack.
The best plan I had was to search for her scent at the University and hoping that I could pick it up, however unlikely it was.
I parked the car in the parking lot and strolled among the buildings, sniffing the air to pick up her scent. She had told me that she wanted to be an engineer, so I studied a map of the campus trying to guess which buildings I could find classes that were even remotely related to engineering.
