The Shock of It All Pt. 2

        They left quickly. Gunner smirked, “Oh and by the way…. LOVED the effects your concupiscence had on your bond with Harper. We had like fifteen orgies. How often does that happen again? I did not pay attention to your fairy brothers when they gave their guesses.” I laughed, “Could be as many times as four a year. Aiden thinks it will be three.” Gunner grinned, “Come on big four!” Eric snorted, “Four? I’m good with three.” Bexley popped in laughing, “Did you run down the batteries in some toys, cousin? Did you make the big bad Kujo, oh so tired?” I laughed and smirked at her. I waited until she gave me her full attention. Marcus nudged Bexley, “Whatever she’s about to say Bex…. she’s very smug and mischievous about it.” Bexley giggled, “Do tell cousin! Did you break a record for how many toys you broke? My record is twenty.” I smiled, “I didn't touch your record. Eric is the one who set a new record.” Bexley glanced back and forth between us. She said, “I have no idea what that means. What record?” I smiled, “We only used toys together. He lasted the entire time.” Bexley’s jaw dropped. Then she squealed, “ARE YOU f*****g SERIOUS?! Of course you’re serious. You can’t lie. OH MY GOD! WOLVES! Who knew? I am SOOOO excited for mine with Liam now. I had NO idea how I was going to make it. Good GOD! I just ordered s*x toys in bulk. Everyone will DIE! You know that right? This will blow up Faerie. Not only is the princess twice light bonded but her wolf lasted the ENTIRE concupiscence.”

        I couldn't stop my laughter as Marcus simply raised an eyebrow at her. Bexley got on her phone and started texting people. I linked Eric, “You just set Faerie on fire.” Seconds later Arion and Aiden popped in. They looked from Eric to me. Then Arion asked, “Is she f*****g serious sister?” I laughed, “Yup.” Aiden said, “To be clear…. you….my fairy sister…. who cannot lie….is saying that your wolf lasted your entire concupiscence…? all five days…. sticking with you...with no breaks. Is that what you are saying?” I smiled, “That’s what I’m saying, big brother.” Arion said, “Even the first day? That’s always at least twenty-four hours.” Eric said, “It was twenty-seven but who was counting?” I laughed, “You…. evidently.” Eric winked at me. Arion said, “We will never hear the end of this one brother.” Aiden sighed, “I know.” Arion grinned brightly, “Ohhhh you wolves just wait. Female fairies are going to start popping up trying to convince a wolf to be their concupiscence partner. You will be the biggest dichotomy in all of Faerie, Alpha Eric.” Eric frowned, “Why?” Aiden laughed, “The men hate you and the women will worship you.” I frowned, “Why would the men hate him?” Arion laughed, “You are so sweet, innocent and cute, little sister.”

            I stuck my tongue out at him. Aiden rolled his eyes, “You two. They hate him because he has you, Hales. Wolves mates do not take lovers. Many hoped after your dalliance with Exsis you would date other fairies. Now you are with your wolf and you won’t.” I snorted, “You think people don’t like Eric because he’s with me?” Arion added, “We KNOW they don’t like Eric because he’s with you.” I sighed, “I think you’re being dramatic.” Aiden asked, “Do you recall the fairy I kicked out of our mother’s room before we found the orphanage?” I nodded, “Vaguely.” Eric growled. Arion smirked, “He hasn’t stopped asking about you. He’s told everyone you’re even more beautiful than our mother.” I shivered, “I’m sorry…. a guy who f***s my mother…. wants to f**k me now? Does no one else see how messed up that is?” Bjourn, Marcus, Gunner, and Jackson said, “Yes.” At the same time. Arion laughed, “It’s Faerie. He’s not your relative little sister.” 

        Eric snarled and grabbed me around the waist. He laid the mother of all kisses on me. Arion sighed, “Oh, give it a rest. We don’t want to have s*x with our sister. That fairy is not here for you to stake your claim in front of.” Eric pulled away, “You would do well to advise him never to come here because if he does then he will die; shortly thereafter.” Aiden said, “That seems extreme.” Eric asked, “Do I look like I give a single s**t about what you think is extreme?” Jackson added, “Not to mention Haley beat a werewolf to a pulp for touching Eric. Our possessiveness is typically much higher than fairies. This should make perfect sense to you.” Arion laughed, “We heard. It was gloriously delightful. That ought to teach a she wolf to mess with a fairy female so close to her concupiscence.” I smiled, “I contemplated calling you guys to ask if you’d set her on fire for me.” Arion clapped, “YES! These are the instincts I have been looking for. Do that next time, little sister. I’d have done it.” Aiden laughed at us both. 

        Gunner asked, “Really? You weren’t going to call any of your Hackura brothers?”  I snorted, “The two that were here were trying to stop me. I could feel all the concern in my bonds with them. They were not team kick the she wolf’s ass. Aiden and Arion would’ve been.” Aiden said, “I would’ve. It would’ve been hysterical. Plus, you never ask for things like that.” Arion said, “YES! This is how I get you two to be selfish. Haley has to be going into her concupiscence. It’s a small window I’ve been given…. but I can use the slight crack and widen the window. I’d say just bust it open, but with you two…. I’ll probably have to settle for a crack I can get my hand through.” I rolled my eyes. Marcus snorted, “She didn’t actually want the she wolf to die. It was Eric’s cousin.” Aiden said, “Oh we heard that too. You’re lucky Emmaline didn’t drown her.” Eric sighed, “As fun as this conversation is….” I laughed, “Do you have work to get done?” He kissed me lightly, “I have a few things to check on and get reports about.” I smiled, “Go. I’m good here. I could help if you want.” Eric smiled, “After your ceremony tonight I’ll bring you into the pack side.” I smiled, “Sounds good to me.”

        He left. Marcus said, “Let’s hit the gym. Bjourn is waiting for us.” I snapped myself into work out clothes and popped us all to the gym. Bjourn smiled, “That’s a cute outfit.” I glanced down. I’d snapped into a white crop top with little flowers around the bottom. My yoga pants were blue with flowers on them. I smiled, “Thanks.” Bjourn threw me a bamboo stick. He tilted his head to the ring. I smiled and popped in. He laughed and came after me. He said, “No fairy powers.” I stuck my tongue out. Aiden said, “That’s not fair.” Marcus rolled his eyes, “Of course you came. Fighting is not always fair.” Arion rolled his eyes, “We’ve never gotten to see her fight. When you said you were going to the gym…? we thought we’d see it for ourselves.” Bjourn smiled and we started. I could hear everyone in the gym had stopped what they were doing. I knew Gunner was coming up behind me. I just let him think I didn’t realize it. I dodged and ducked at the right moment and he ended up hitting Bjourn. I laughed. They both started coming at me again. I let Marcus grab me from behind so I could kick Gunner into Bjourn. It wasn’t easy to get out of Marcus' hold, but I managed after a few moments. 

        Bjourn smiled, “Good fight little sister.” The incredulousness in Arion’s voice couldn’t be mistaken when he said, “Good fight? Good? It was brilliant! She took on all three of you. I will sleep better at night.  Do you all know the nightmares I’ve been having as the enforcer of the three of us? I’ve been worried her bleeding heart would lead her into a situation she couldn't handle. Clearly, I just have to get her mad enough. Then all will be well because she’s an extremely capable fighter.” I snorted, “You saw me fight the goblins.” Arion said, “No... I was busy fighting. I saw you use your fairy powers, and I saw you get tackled. I did not see this. I’m going to need you armed at all times.” Bjourn said, “She better be armed at all times or our chat did not stick, and we’ll have it again.” I rolled my eyes, “I’m armed at all times brother. I promise. I listen to everything you tell me. Even when you don’t want me to kill people who touched my mate.” Bjourn burst into laughter, “Only because I told you not to pop away from me.” I laughed, “Admit it. It would’ve been hilarious if Marcus hadn’t told you to add the part about portaling away. Your faces would’ve been hilarious. Dad was the only one of you who was amused by my feelings.” 

        Gunner snorted, “Your dad will always be amused by you. You are his little princess. Forever and always.” Marcus said, “No joke. You get away with things we couldn't dream of doing.” I smiled and put my hand under my chin. Aiden laughed, “You act as though he’s the only man wrapped around her finger.” Arion said, “Yeah, let’s just admit we all are wrapped around her finger, and go on about our day.” I turned, “Aiden can you guys stay for my ceremony? It’s ok if you can’t. I know you have two new little ones.” Arion sighed, “Oh for god’s sake. Of course we are staying.” I smiled, “Good! My dad can’t come so I was hoping you and Bjourn would walk me down to Eric.” Aiden smiled, “I’d be honored.” I turned to Bjourn. He smiled, “You don’t even have to ask, little one. Of course I will.” I clapped, “I’d ask you all, but the aisle probably isn’t big enough.” Gunner laughed. Arion smirked, “So when’s the wedding? I need to block it off in my calendar.” I froze. Aiden hit him in the ribs. I said, “I don’t know…. he hasn’t even asked me.” Arion said, “Is that all it’s waiting on? I’ll tell your wolf to get on that right away.”

        Panic. I felt panic. I didn’t want to upset Eric so soon after the whole off period conversation. I wasn’t ready to talk about marriage. Gunner snorted, “Oh stop teasing her.” Arion winked at me then he laughed, “Don’t worry we already have a bet going little sister. I just KNOW I’m going to win.” Aiden rolled his eyes, “Leave her alone. They have time.” Arion wiggled his eyebrows. We heard a throat clear behind us. I turned to see Molly standing there. She smiled, “We need Haley to get us all ready to go for the ceremony. You guys should hit the showers.” I popped to her, “See you guys there.” I popped us away. She smiled, “You ok?” I shrugged, “I don’t really want to talk through those feelings yet. I don’t understand mine as it is.” She said, “If you do want to talk…I’m here for you.” I smiled, “I might just take you up on that.” Lexi, Miley, Emmaline, Tabitha, and Amber walked into the room. Amber held out the Luna dress. She smiled, “You get to add a flair…. I’m guessing yours will be amazing. She held out the dress, and I snapped it on. It was a little plain for my tastes. I guess white was the color for these things. It’s not a wedding dress. It’s not a wedding dress. It looked like one. Not one I would pick, but a wedding dress all the same. Ok…. why do I feel excited about being in a wedding dress? AH! I took a deep breath and envisioned how I wanted to look.

        I wanted a little sexy flair. I pictured a dress with straps and came down hugging my breasts. There was a deep v to the drop. The white overlay of the dress had flowers on it to honor my sky side. There was a light blush color to the shirt. It would be a flowy dress since that seemed to be the status quo given the dress I’d seen. I opened my eyes. Emmaline squealed, “YOU ARE SO GOOD AT THAT! Oh gosh! I just love it.” Lexi smiled, “Let’s see the shoes.” I smiled and lifted up the shirt to reveal my pink jewel encrusted shoes with a ribbon to tie at the ankle.” Emmaline clapped, “For your wedding…. you’ll have Gerdest do you shoes right?” I smiled, “Oh that would be amazing!” Emmaline smiled, “It really would.” Aiden popped in. He smiled, “You look stunning. Just one thing is needed.” I tilted my head, “What’s that?” Aiden smiled, “Well…. for years your father and I have argued about what crown you will wear for your wedding. He insists it will be your Hackura crown. So, I think for today. You need your fairy crown little sister. I had it made the day you were born.” He snapped. Emmaline started fanning her face. Miley said, “That’s a fairy crown for sure. You look beautiful, Hales.” Aiden snapped a mirror. I gasped.

        It was stunning. It had wings that were pink, blue, purple, and green. It was gold. There was a heart in the center. With fairy wings on the front and sides. With two jewels dangling from each side. I wiped at the tears in my eyes, “Aiden…. it’s beautiful.” I hugged him and whispered, “own.  Meself  meen crown addto meself  own (thank you brother. I love my crown and I love you).” Aiden hugged me, “meself  own.  So    own cunbe  branakes (i love you too little sister. So much more than you could ever know).” I snapped my hair into loose curls around my face to go with my crown. Emmaline had started snapping the other girl's makeup done. I noticed their make up was light. So I did a natural look myself. Emmaline hugged me, “You look amazing, cousin.” I laughed, “As do you. When is your Luna Ceremony? You and Lex? Miles? Do you do something?” Miley smiled, “I joined the pack while you were gone.” Lex smiled, “My ceremony is next. Emmaline insisted. So mine is tomorrow. Then Emmaline’s...then we have Sophia’s Alpha Ceremony.” I smiled. Emmaline winked. I said, “Did we find a certain someone?” Emmaline nodded, “I sent him an invitation and everything.” Molly laughed, “What did you guys do?” Emmaline giggled. Lexi said, “Who, us?” Miley said, “Oh nothing.” Tabitha laughed, “I LOVE all four of you. Never change. Something exciting is going down at an Alpha Ceremony. God. You all will shake up the wolves left and right won’t you.”

        Emmaline and I asked, “What?” At the same time. I frowned, “Are we supposed to dance at the ceremony?”  Aiden laughed. Lexi said, “Oh yes. We will bring in all kinds of changes and keep things entertaining around here.” I brightened, “Hell yes we will!” Aiden kissed my cheek. He turned, “Emmaline, pop all the girls outside.” Each one squeezed my hand before they were popped out. I smiled, “Are you popping us to Bjourn?” Aiden said, “In a minute. Sit.” I did. He smiled, “I’m so very proud of you. You know all your brothers are so proud of you.” I smiled, “Thank you brother.” Aiden laughed, “You are most welcome. You know no one will be disappointed if you want to marry your wolf sooner rather than later. You are one of the more emotional fairies in all of Faerie. Fairies tend to get married quickly. That is still a large part of you Haley. You’re not just a Hackura.” I sighed, “I don’t really know how I feel about it yet.” Aiden smiled, “I think that alone says you don’t intend to wait a decade.” I whispered, “I always thought I would.” Aiden smiled, “I just want you to know no one will be disappointed if you don’t wait. Things do not often go how we think they will. That’s ok.” I snorted, “That depends on where Arion has placed his bet on the scale of when Eric and I get married.” Aiden’s laugh boomed throughout the room, “Arion will be fine. He may tease you, but he loves you. It was one of the truly pure things about him. Even me. You are the pure thing in all our lives.” I blushed. Aiden smiled, “You are light itself.” I smiled, “You say that a lot.” Aiden said, “Because it’s true.” 

            He sighed, “Alright. Let’s get you to your other brother and then your wolf.” He popped us to the front of the house. Bjourn grabbed both my hands. He smiled, “Dad would be in tears. You look beautiful.” I smiled, “Thanks Bjourn.” A portal opened and my mom rushed out. She smiled, “Am I late?” I smiled, “No, right on time.” She smiled, “You look stunning. Oh my beautiful little girl.” Bjourn smiled, “Don’t start crying already mom.” My mom waved her hand in front of her face. I winked at Bjourn, “Marcum exploditor quod text tibi in flumen Opera Omnia (you should text gunner and Marcus Operation flood is on).” Bjourn laughed. My mom snorted, “You kids and your operation flood. That crown is beautiful. You look every bit the royalty you are. I am so proud of you.” She smiled and ran back to the backyard. Bjourn bowed and held out his arm for me to take. Aiden did the same. I smiled and looped my hand through their arms. 

            We walked around the corner together. I smiled at Bjourn. He was beaming with pride. I turned to Aiden and he was doing the same. I was so happy that this was my reality. I had all my brothers. Now I had Eric and his family. Mostly. Cassandra…. she would just be who she was. I looked around. Stunned to realize she wasn't here. I looked around at the houses and saw her in the window of one. She was peeking out of the curtains. I linked Eric, “Did you tell your mom she couldn’t come?” Eric answered, “Yes.” I smiled, “You didn’t have to do that. I can deal with her.” Eric chuckled, “Maybe you can, but I certainly can’t. I don’t want her to ruin this for you. You look stunning.” I smiled and then he came into view. I smirked. I linked him back, “Do you own shirts? That’s just not fair. I want to jump you.” Bjourn whispered, “in parvulo. Non facies in comissationibus faciemus. Vestra libido est questus satis alta rursus (down little one. They do not do orgies as we do. Your lust is getting quite high again).” I blushed, “hes 'non Subuculam gero. Quod est eius culpa. respicite ad eum toto iam prorsus muslces Thor (he's not wearing a shirt. That's his fault. He's the one with all the muscles making him look exactly like Thor).” Bjourn chuckled and so did Eric. Jackson was even chuckling.

            Aiden and Bjourn kissed both sides of my head when we reached Eric. He took my hand from Bjourn and nodded to both of them. Aiden popped to his seat and Bjourn took his next to mom. Eric’s dad was at the front of the pack. He smiled, “Welcome Black Mountain Pack to this long awaited ceremony.” Howls rang out. Nathan continued, “We have been waiting for many years for our Luna. Many of you have become aware recently…. Your Alpha along with our family has known for quite some time who we were waiting on. I think we can all agree it was worth the wait. Princess Haley Cambridge is our Luna. She has already made such a difference in our pack. She saved us from war with the fairies and opened communication between her brother, King Aiden and my son, your Alpha. She saved two she wolves and a pup. We even have a few more because of it. She saved your other Luna’s from a coven of witches who wanted to harm them.” Growls field the air. Nathan smiled sweetly at me, “She matches my son so very well. I heard I missed her sparring with her brothers in the gym, but I have heard many say they are impressed by her skills.” I heard Arion mutter, “Again with these lackluster words brother. She was brilliant.” I bit my lip. If I heard him then everyone else did.

            Nathan smiled at me, “Princess Haley Cambridge, do you accept that you are the fated and marked mate of our Alpha Eric Conners?” I smiled “I do.” Nathan nodded, “Do you accept that you are the Luna of this pack. You will lead this pack beside our Alpha in times of need. You will protect this pack when it is called for. You will be the mother to all here.” I smiled, “I do.” Howl's field the air. Nathan smiled, “As the former Alpha I bless both the Luna and Alpha. I know you will lead us well together.” Everyone started undressing. I could hear voices in my head, “She’s so pretty. Our Luna is beautiful. We have a princess as our Luna.” I linked Eric, “I think I hear the pack link you talked about in our letters.” Eric smiled, “Yes, you do.” I slowly blocked it out, so I wasn’t flooded with voices. Eric had shifted. He linked me, “Climb on my back.” I smiled, “I could run.” I swear Thor smirked as I climbed onto his back. He howled into the air and took off at a dead read. I giggled. I turned and saw the rest of the pack was behind us. Aiden and Arion waved and popped out. I smiled. I was so glad they’d come. Marcus and Bjourn seemed to be hanging back talking to mom with Gunner. I turned back. I let go of Thor’s fur and held my arms out as I had before. Eric howled and wolves began to break off from the pack. 

            Eric took us to the other side of the lake. I smiled. He was taking us to our treehouse. I popped up both up there and he shifted back. His lips were on mine. I snapped myself naked. He pushed me up against the wall. He growled, “You are so wet for me Angel.” I whimpered, “Eric…. please.” He rubbed the tip of his d**k against my c**t. He whispered against my neck, “Please what?” I said, “I need you, Eric.” He chuckled, “You need what?” I shivered, “You inside me.” No sooner had I said that then he thrust inside me. I instantly wrapped my legs around him. I pulled on his hair. He snarled in response, but I could tell in the bond he liked it. He pinched my n****e harder than I thought I’d have liked. I gasped at the pleasure and pain I felt. He whispered, “You like that.” I nodded, “Yes, Alpha.” He growled and pounded into me harder. I filed that away for further evaluation later. He liked being called Alpha during sexy times. I screamed as my orgasm hit. He pulled out of me and bent my hips over the couch. He gripped my hips and pounded into me. I was a puddle by the time we fell apart. 

            I smiled, “So I’m your Luna now.” Eric smiled, “You were always my Luna. Now it’s just official.” He stiffened. Then growled, “I need you to pop us back.” I frowned, “Why?” He hissed, “Asher Harden is here. He needs to get the f**k out of my territory.” I snapped our clothes back on. I really liked the Luna dress. I asked, “Do we need to talk to him together?” Eric hesitated then said, “I don’t want him to see you. I don’t know what they are planning, but I don’t want anything to happen to you.” I smiled and kissed his cheek, “I’ll just go find my brothers or something.” I popped us back. He kissed me and I set off towards the gym.
