"Hello, are you here to visit the orphanage?" A woman's voice brought Natalie back to reality.
Natalie looked up and saw a new staff member she had never met before standing in front of her. She shook her head, pushing the confusing thoughts aside, and said, "I'd like to see Samantha."
The staff member glanced at her. "Who are you? What makes you think you can see the Dean whenever you want?"
"Could you please contact her for me? Just tell her that Natalie is here to see her. She'll see me."
The staff member snorted arrogantly. "The Dean is not available."
