Avalana’s POV
The heavenly smell of cupcakes wafted into the house and my mouth instantly watered. The chocolaty goodness smelled so delicious that I was salivating on the spot.
“ smells delicious.” As he sniffed the air.
I nodded my head as I took in a sharp breath. Mia and the kids came back into the kitchen after a few minutes with Mia carrying big tray in her hand. The smell of chocolate got denser as she came into the living room and set the table down.
The cupcakes, the biscotti, the croissants were kept on separate plates along with tea cups and a kettle. Mia poured everyone a cup of tea and offered the cupcakes.
