On the morning of the third day, Dawson and his tired team finally reached Greenfield Mountain.
The search that had gone on for six days and six nights had been torture. On the first two days, they had searched for Mike strategically, still possessing enough energy to do so fiercely. Later on, they had gradually lost sight of strategy and had ended up wandering around aimlessly. The worst of it all was they hadn't even seen a trace of Mike's shadow.
