Balandis stared at everyone coldly. Were Joanne and the others drawn to him? What about Angeline?! Was she hurt?
Peter nudged Balandis without anyone knowing and changed the subject with a smile. "You've come just in time. Many people who went to Stone Hill have disappeared. I guess Fartha's probably in there. I just went in with Balandis to explore the hill and found some clues. Do you want to join us?"
Casper and the rest were still glaring at Mike.
Mike said, "I don't think so. Both of you were affected by the hill too and mistook Casper for Fartha and almost harmed him. If we join you, what if we end up killing one another?"
