This island which was in the closest proximity to Ghost Sea had been in a state of constant turmoil since the disappearance of tens of thousands of people in Ghost Sea. There had also been internal power struggles in Windy Thunder School and other sects. The chambers of commerce and hunters on the island worried that the world would be in chaos. Hence, they had been meddling in the sects' affairs openly as well as secretly.
