Santa Claws is Coming to Town
Sylvia checked on the children to make sure that they were both fast asleep.
Their parents had assured her that they would be no trouble, which Sylvia found hard to believe based on previous babysitting duties with the Kennet twins. But this time they had both been warned that if they misbehaved, Santa Claus would not drop by on his rounds.
Hopefully, that would do the trick.
This was now the fourth time that Sylvia was babysitting those two terrors, and on each previous occasion she had sworn to herself that she would not come back again.
This time she had been staunchly adamant in her resolve. After all, it was Christmas Eve and she had already made plans to go out drinking with some of her friends in town.
