IN LOVE WITH THE DEVIL'S SON

'Why do you have to always be the reason I cry! 'Mom was telling from upstairs .Dad wasn't at home yet but I could tell that she had been talking to dad on the phone , he was the only person that my mom would yell at most of the times. It wasn't always like that, until mom found out that dad had been having an affair off marriage. He had been cheating on her. Mom wasn't always the nasty type, but since she had found him with her in bed, she had completely changed. Her sweet lovely caring nature towards him faded. She had once handed dad the divorce papers but had refused to sign them rather tore them. I knew very well that the reason she had not yet moved out from dad's house ,was because of us .She really loved me and my sister . She would do anything to see us smile as much as she struggled , since dad wasn't there most of the times . So today something was different. Dad had asked mom to get ready since he would pick her up. Mom came downstairs hurriedly and said bye to us. How I wish I had known, I would have stopped her from going. She never said anything, but she seemed rather mad. Dad was already here. He never bothered to say hi, it's like we never existed in his life. Audrey had tried a couple of times to make him play with her , but as usual he would shout at her . Poor thing! She would ran and lock herself in her bedroom. One hour later after they leave , the phone rings, krrrr... krrrrng.. krrrrng. "Hello .. Hello Star, It's your uncle kane, I will be coming to pick you and your sister up. Your mom will be away for sometime.I will explain everything later "I wanted to ask him so many questions. Why would mom leave without even saying anything to us? Was everything ok ? I was so bothered. I picked a few clothes for my sister Audrey and I. then lied to her that we would meet mom there. Anyways, I liked uncle Kane and he loved us a lot .Maybe nothing was wrong .
