What the f*ck, why is this thing always ruining my sleep? I took my alarm clock and threw it at the wall. Hmm at last, I can sleep peacefully. I sigh in satisfaction and about to sleep again, when someone barge into my room. (How can you threw your alarm clock? It is already 8 of them that you threw in the wall just for one week. They took my comforter and I am about to punch them but they are already at the corner of the wall. I can't reach them, and they know that I really hate the most is waking me up. )

(Wake up bro, its our first day right now. We should get ready for school, and we also swear to our parents that we will be good and we will focus on our academics. - Brylle said.

Hmm what time is it already? I asked at them. Its already 7 am and you are the only one that not ready, and still in your bed. - Wayne exclaimed.

It is still early, and first day is so boring, I replied coldly. )

They all chuckled and I know what they are thinking about the first day. They will hunt hot girls and play them with fire. Knowing this 2 boys, they are chickboys and f*ckboys. Well we are all f*ckboys but for those desperate woman who lend their body to us. Such a gold digger and dumb. We never been serious in the relationship, only flings. We just fulfill our needs, knowing boys we also have a needs.

(Get out! I will take a shower, just give me a 30 min. to prepare I said to those two. We will wait for you at the dining room. - Brylle shouted while leaving my room.)

30 minutes had passed and I am here right now in the dining room, ready to eat because I am already hungry. 8 AM is our classes and we are still here eating, we still have 30 minutes on our first class. We are in different courses and the younger one is Jayme who take the Seaman course. He wanted to be a seaman even he's a rich one. He don't want to manage their businesses and he don't want to run it in his own.

He's suck in businesses, he wanted to travel around the world with his own money.

We finish our food in at least 7:40 AM and we have to move faster because we have only 20 minutes left. We have a car each one of us, so we will drive all.

We arrive at the University 7:55 AM and we only have 5 minutes left. We don't have to worry about our rooms because we look around yesterday, and all I could say about this university are so "huge and elegant". I think the owner of this school are cool and awesome. As we park our car in the parking lot, all eyes are looking on us.

Mike Steven is the first one that step out on his car, second is Sebastian, third is Angelo, forth is Jayme, fifth is Wayne, sixth is Brylle, and I am the last one that step out on my car.

As soon as we walk through the gate of the university, we heard a loud scream as if they have a microphone. They all screaming like a wild animal that wanted an attention. It is normal for us to encounter this kind of situation actually. Even when we studied here for about 2 years, we are used to it but not on our first time because the first time they screamed at our face we wanted to kill them in an instant but fortunately they stop me. We transfer here last year and still they are drooling whenever they see us. Only Wayne and Brylle are smiling and winking at them, but most of us are poker face and cold eyes. But of course no one can compete my cold hearted eyes. Whenever I glance at them, they look away and bow their head as if they know what their doing. As if their life depends on it.

In the corner of my eyes, I see the 6 ladies laughing and the other one has a poker face look with no interest in her eyes.

Hmm I remember that lady, she is the cafeteria girl yesterday. She's eating in silent yesterday, and as soon as she see me her cold eyes meet mine. I am the only one that look away, because I felt like her eyes have no emotion. I can't explain how her eyes looks so lovely to me.

(Chase! Chase! I snapped from my thoughts when someone tap my shoulder. Its Mike and he smirked at me, while I'm looking at someone. What? I reply at him, still didn't notice who am I looking. We will going to be late if you will keep on staring at her, he smiled devilish. What are you saying? I deny as soon as I am back at myself.

Hmm in denial King, he commented. They all laugh at me and I am started to pissed off. When they notice my glare, they stop laughing and they become a puppy waiting for their master to command. Meet up on cafeteria after the class, I commanded. They all nod and said their good lucks for first day of school.

"At the classroom"

As I open the door the lady that I saw yesterday is introducing herself in front of everyone.

'Scarlet Lee Monteverde', I heard her introducing. She still has her poker face and cold eyes. Everyone commented at her Middle name, she is a Lee and the university owner is a Lee too.

Is she the owner of this university or their middle name is just a coincidence, someone commented.

I think it is just a coincidence, look at her she is just a trash that come here and spread her annoying smell. Her father must be poor, Ewww- the other one reply.

Hmm what relationship did they have with the owner of this school? I asked myself.

As I look at her again, she is now holding the other girl in her neck with her right hand and all of the students gasp in fear and amazement, including the teacher. STOP IT newbee!! The teacher shouted at her and she just glare at the teacher while saying sorry. I know she's just controlling her anger, that girl must be say something that off her limits.

When the teacher notice us, she ask me if we are a newbees. Mike reply No, and she make us stand in front of everyone and also make us introduce ourselves. The teacher right now must be new, she didn't know us. We are turning into 2 years here in the university, and we are not familiar with her face.

'Chase Moon Park' I only said to them. OK seat next to Miss Monteverde, Mister Park. I walk through my seat and place my bag on it. I heard Sebastian, Mike, and Brylle also introduce their selves. All girls are looking at them and they are fantasizing my friends, except for this girl beside me.

She's the girl version of me, having a world that no one can enter and no interest in any things that surrounding us.

*4Hours had passed*

We are now in the cafeteria of course to eat and to order our lunch, we decided to meet here in the cafeteria. We are here right now at the center, the only vacant table are in the middle that's why we don't have a choice but to seat here in the center. Wayne and Brylle are the one that order our lunch and they just pick and buy our foods, not to mention that the waiters well serve it for us. This school/ university has an awesome owner, she/he have a great idea on how the school become more looks good and lovely.

While we are waiting for our foods, the 7 girls walk through at us. We look around and their is no available table and seats except on our table. The table in us have a 14 chairs, so we lend them the vacant seats.

The blue hair and the white fitted dress order their food and the 5 girls stay at their seats.

When Wayne and Brylle came back, they didn't notice the ladies in front of them and just share that they saw a two beautiful ladies with blue hair and the other one that dress in white fitted dress.

When we look at the 4 girls in front of us, they all smiled and chuckled for what they've heard. I know that they heard that my friends are interest at those two. When I look at my friends beside me, they all have an amazement in their eyes as if they saw a goddess. I think they all interested in these ladies in front of us, except from me and the girl that I saw yesterday.

When the two girls came back, my friends got shock and didn't know what to do. As if they have a crush on those two girls? Hmm I think they have based on their reaction, or they want to flirt these two girls and play with fire. I smirked for what I am thinking. They all look beautiful and what if we introduce ourselves and make friends with them? I glance at Sebastian and he said Hi to the ladies. He's the one making a move because his an expert in making friends and socializing other people.

( Hello, the red hair reply at him. He smiled and introduce us one by one.

This is Wayne Sy Smith Engineering in 4th year level. Wayne just smiled and waved at the blue hair, target lock for Wayne. This is Brylle Beethoven Sy, the cousin of Wayne. Brylle also waved at the girl that dress in white. That is Angelo Wang Shin, the chinito boy. Beside him is Mike Steven Montemayor, the basketball player in our group. Beside of Mike is Jayme Tan Alford the younger one, and the cold one is Chase Moon Park. The last one is me I am Sebastian Jones Lim, at your service my lady . The red hair laugh at his last introduction. He just smiled and winked at her.

All of them give a smile and also the red hair Introduce herself first and her friends one by one.

I am Michelle Yu Montefalco, this is Agatha Ashleigh Cole, beside her is Brittany Chantel Taylor, beside in Brittany is Kacey Grandez Diaz, and in her left side is Maegan Blue Kriffney, and beside of her is Xyleen Yu Monterial the cousin of Michelle and the last one is Scarlet Lee Monteverde. They all shake their hands except for me and Scarlet. )As we finish our food while introducing, the bell ring and it is a sign that the next class will be start. They bide their goodbyes to girls and started to walk through our next class.

***Third Person Point of View***

I'm here at the airport, waiting for my butler to arrived. As soon as I see him, he carried all the things that I've been carrying and put it in the car.

"WELCOME HOME Self" I greeted to myself, as we arrived at the mansion. When I open the door all of the maids bow at me and keep on saying "Welcome Home young master" I just ignore them and about to go upstairs, when my butler ask me; What do you want to eat for Dinner Young master?

I just smiled at him and say No thanks!

I should sleep for today, because tomorrow is another exciting day. I should look more handsome and cute, to satisfy the eyes of everyone that will look at me. I smirked for what I've been thinking. See you tomorrow my Queen, and no one can stole you away from me. If I heard that someone planning to stole you away from me, I will never think twice and I will kill that b*st*rd in an instant.

I write the characters for you to know that Mafia's Property is a little bit messy, and they all have a rule in this book. Mafia's Property is also talking about their relationship as best friend, as Gangmates, and Mafias. Their journey starts where they know each other, and their journey didn't stop at happy ending it just happy but it will never end.
