It was crazy to hear that Damian and his guys had a doctor working with them and the doctor had given them away, causing his previous arrest. They seemed rather too organized for random criminals, as they were pictured to be in the outside world, and I realized that this was way deeper than I was even seeing from the inside.
"What happened?" Did you offend the doctor? Did something happen to him?" I asked him in a low voice, hoping to take his mind away from the worries, because I could see from the way his hands were trembling on the wheel that he was scared for Marco, and he did not need that to drive that car.
He needed to be in the right state of mind, a little bit more relaxed, as he was going to be causing more trouble for himself than he already had on his plate.
