How can someone cool enough to make her name into a belt buckle to complete her outfit, be this much of a kill joy.
I mean I don't hate her, it's just a little too much from someone this young. At least now I see why Debby could trust her enough to keep me in check.
Not like I'm any kind of trouble or anything.
.
.
"I don't get what you mean by that." I replied confusingly.
"Well, your sis doesn't leave parties like this until morning.
The restaurant has spare rooms for those who decide to stay over cause they can't drive drunk, or just don't wanna leave.
I'm sure she'd be crashing there." Sophie replied.
"And trust me, you wouldn't wanna be trapped in a room with those guys after they get drunk.
They get all filthy and stuff.
Also they throw up everywhere, and begin to act like five year olds having a fever." She concluded.
"So, what would I wear for classes tomorrow.
You don't expect me to redress in this same outfit for my first day." I complained.
"Well, I could lend you something." She replies.
"No, don't worry." I intruded,
"I think this would do fine.
I just put it on this evening anyways."
There's no way in hell I'm wearing any of her ran out of material dresses.
"Okay then. Since that's settled, let's bounce.
I bet we'd have more fun at my apartment." She concluded getting up.
For some stupid reason I actually believed that was possible.
.
.
Don't worry. I had fun,
fun. Fun watching her snore.
The only amusing thing that happened was how amused I was over how unamused I was throughout last night.
.
.
Now
I took my bath, brushed, ate whatever mom kept me, (and by mom I mean Sophie.) Then I got dressed back in the same old outfit and headed out.
Freedom hasn't ever felt so free.
.
.
Once I got to my faculty hall.
I decided to pam through the school board for any announcements set out for the semester.
Everything seemed to be written in two for some reason.
Then afterwards I found my way to my class. Although it took me a couple of minutes to, since every inscription on the wall was blurry.
The class was already filled when I stepped in, so I had to sit at the back.
There was this huge chubby man teaching at the time.
"You're late." He said.
"Sorry sir." I apologized.
"Hurry up and grab a sit." He added, then he took his attention off me, to get back to his concentration with his students.
I swear Debra's gonna get a mouth full when I see her.
After class
I'm pretty sure I heard a few words after I crashed down on the bench at the extreme end of the class, before everything went dark.
I had to borrow note from the person next to me to catch up with whatever Mr chubby thought.
The pen slipped out of my hands a couple times, but I managed to complete it, since it was just majorly jotting.
"Hi there.
Mind if I crash next to you?" I heard a masculine voice request, while I tried to return my stuffs into my backpack.
"Not even a little." I replied, without even looking up.
All I heard was the sound of the bench next to me make a gentle squeak. Like it would when a person occupies it.
"Thanks." He said, but I didn't respond, or look his way. I didn't even know if it was actually a he, or perhaps a her with a deep voice that a person could pass out as masculine.
"I'm Allen, and you must be gorgeous." The voice added.
It's definitely a guy.
"Its Joy." I replied finally facing him.
He looked pretty familiar, but I couldn't really place the face.
He has this Heterochromic hair. A mixture of Raven at the back, brown in front, with blonde and red at the tip.
It's either he had dyed it one too many times, or he has a condition.
But somehow, he pulled it off.
He had a square shaped face, a simple skin toned colored lips which barely stood out from his face cause it matches his natural skin tone and were also pretty little. He also had an amber colored eyes. Which I'm sure I would've remembered if truly I knew him.
"Its lovely meeting you Joy." He added in a flirty manner.
"I knew that would be enough to get your attention." He commented stylishly, wearing a sly smile.
"Well, would I'm busy be enough to get you off my back?" I said zipping up my bag.
"No."
"Hm." I sighed in frustration.
"So, you guys had anything yet?" He added, placing his leg on the table.
"Let me guess. You got lost in the halls as well trying to find this place because of the blurry entrance plate writings, and now you'd like to borrow my note." I assumed.
"Em, no. Definitely not.
And those plates were pretty clear. Only someone drunk or drowsy wouldn't see it. No offense." He concluded confusingly.
"None taken.
I was totally drowsy this morning. Didn't get enough sleep last night." I replied.
"Oh, sorry. I'm guessing it's got something to do with change of environment." He guessed.
"Nah. I've just got crazy roomies." I replied.
"And in my case you could say an untrustworthy sister." I added in an inaudible tone.
"Oh." He sighed.
"So, you missed class for whatever reason. You want the note or not?"
"No, it's fine. I'm not here for that." He replied placing his legs back on the ground.
"Oh, I see.
You aren't here for the studying. Great." I concluded smiling sarcastically, and he passed me a confused glare.
"Goodluck with that." I added, getting up to leave.
"Oh, you're here for the studying aspect?" He repeated in a joking manner.
"Of course. Its called a college, why else would I be here?" I replied confusingly.
"You could have join a club, go to clubs. Join an alpha house, or get a s*x partner-"
"Enough!" I accidentally snapped.
"That's enough.
Thanks for the suggestion, but no thanks." I concluded, trying to squeeze through to get out the other side, but it was just too tight.
That was suppose to be a walk out on him moment. But now I'd have to excuse myself through his side.
"Chill out cutie.
I just thought you were one of the cool girls, cause you know, cool people sit behind.
I guess I was mistaken, even nerds crash around this areas once in a while." He said wearing a mischievous smile.
It's obvious he was trying to get on my nerves. So, I wouldn't let him.
"Oh, no, no, no." I said dramatically,
"I wended up here cause there was no more sits at the time. The hole front sits were occupied. But now I'd like to get there, before class begin, and the nerds, my kinds, take over them again.
I wouldn't want the cool dweebs to lose their chances at the back." I mocked, trying to get out through his side without getting too close to him.
"Please, don't leave because of what I've said. Stay.
Some geeks prefer the back sits to avoid getting noticed, or bullied." He said obstructing my way.
"Nah. I'd like to move forward so no more random weirdos would come around thinking I'm some cool girl." I argued.
"Come on, I was just kidding. Don't leave." He pleaded to my amusement.
"Seriously Allen?" I said feeling frustrated.
"You remembered my name.
Wow, I actually thought you weren't listening."
"Allen, come on.
I haven't got all day. I need to grab a snack before the next lecture teacher comes in.
I'm starving." I yelled tiredly.
Then a lecture teacher walked in.
Oh no!
