Vampires

“No Mikey. I’m not leaving them. Look Derek, Alpha to Alpha I’ll follow your lead. It’s your territory you call the shots. What’s it gonna be!”

“Fine but don’t get in my way got it” Derek said irritated.

I nod my head agreeing.

I see a vampire chasing Mikey’s truck. My heart sank. The vampire was on the hood of the truck. I could hear Alice screaming. I could feel my brother’s fear. I could feel AJ panicking.

“Lu the truck!” Mikey shouts

Lu runs after Mikey’s truck with one of Derek’s warriors and Mikey by his side. I stick with Derek for as long as I could. There were so many vampires. A lot of Derek’s warriors were getting injured the blood was starting to driving the vampires crazy. They were getting hungrier and with that came strength.

“Watch out!” I say knocking Derek out of the way. I roll around in the sand this vampire and holy s**t they are strong.

Artemis: Let me out Crystal

Me: I can’t uncle Lucas said I can’t

Artemis: They are losing Crystal. Let me out

Me: I’m sorry Artemis I can’t.

I feel blood dripping from my nose from Artemis but I’m really hoping I’m wrong. By the look on the vampire’s face I’m definitely bleeding. He lunges at me and grabs me by my hair and all I see are fangs. I let Artemis take control a little and flips him over knocking the air out of him. Distracted by my purple eyes, I use that to my advantage as rip the blood sucker apart. I rip his hands apart first and drag him by his hair pushing him into the fire.

I go help some of the warriors who are injured by making the blood stop coming out of their wounds. I take a handful of warriors to their cars with some humans and tell them to leave. Them being loyal wolves they didn’t want to leave their future Alpha behind until he gave them the ok.

We were able to kill a handful of vampires then I spotted her. A red head vampire who looked like she called the shots. She looks at me giving me the confirmation I needed to get. We kill her everything is done.

Me: It’s the red head

Derek: What?

Me: The red head with curly hair is the leader

Mikey: You sure little one

Me: Positive

Derek: Ok that’s all the confirmation I need!

Me: No Derek don’t it’s a trap!

I see Derek chase the red head in the forest. f**k he’s going to get killed. I can’t leave the rest of the warriors here with these blood suckers they won’t stand a chance. I think fast and cutting my wrists. All eyes are on me. Realizing I made a bad decision I run into the woods going the same way Derek did. I not only have Mikey and Lu right behind me but also every single vampire on me as well.

I continue to run in the forest when I hear a big thud followed by a howl. It’s Derek he’s hurt! I pick up speed with the guys and I see the red head hovering over him with her fangs out. She smelled my blood and stopped in the middle of her tracks. Poor Derek was laying there with the air knocked out of him.

“Well we’ll well what do we have here! I’ll finish with you later pretty boy” the red head says

“Leave him alone.” I yell

“Why should I? Aw let me guys love birds.” She says sarcastically

“You are all trespassing on sacred land. And no we aren’t love birds”

“Good so you wouldn’t mind if I have a bite then!” She says leaning over Derek again.

Before she digs into him, I lounge at her with full force throwing her directly into a couple of trees hitting herself. I lean over Derek and I feel his pulse low with a good amount of broken bones. I’m still dripping blood.

“Ummm little one some help here!” Mikey shouts.

“Yea and speed up the process princess we need some help.” Lu stated

Me: Derek I need you breath and bite my wrist. I can help you heal fast just trust me please

Derek: Everything hurts. It’s hard to breath

Me: I know but I need to you relax ok. Breath, bite, drink. You will know when to stop.

With that he bites my wrist and I feel it working. His bones are healing and his pulse is back to normal. I on the other hand, am starting to feel drained. It’s like he hears me and stops drinking. I help him up, losing my balance with him catching me before I hit the floor. I shake it off. Iv lost a lot of blood in a short amount of time. I need a minute to say the least. He rips two pieces of AJ’s shirt and wraps my wrists up so they can heal.

We rejoin the fight with Mikey and Lu when the red head come back with a pissed off face. All her vampire minions come to a complete stop.

“You stupid b***h do you know who I am?” She yells at me

“Better question is do you know who I am. Your on my territory! Invading my land. Give me a good reason as to why I shouldn’t kill you.” Derek growls

“Does it look like I care if this is your land. I take what I want. Little pup.” The red head laughs. Derek try’s to lounge at her but I hold him back

“He’s right. This is his land and your completely trespassing. This land is protected by the Alpha king and queen. Your not only starting a war not only with them but also a war with the Alpha Lycan Queen of the Midwest. So I suggest you think about your next move.” I say

“Who the hell do you think you are talking to me like that?” She hisses walking towards me

“Wait sis. Let’s not kill her yet. I want to play with her first. I haven’t had a feisty one in a while.” A brown haired boy says.

So they are siblings ok. Check mate red head.

The brown haired boy walks over to me eyeing every inch of me. He lifts AJ’s shirt and rips off the pieces I have wrapped around my wrists.

“Don’t f*****g touch her you piece of s**t” Mikey spits out

“Shut the f**k up. I touch what I want, you pathetic mutt.” The brown haired boy says striking Mikey in the gut making him fall to the ground.

I run to help him but the asshole grabs my arms yanking me back. Derek shift into his wolf and Lu has his wolf on the surface. I nod at them to let them know I got it.

“Your going to be fun to play with.” He says grabbing my waist

“You really are as pathetic as I thought you were. You made a big mistake hitting my friends and laying your hands on me” I say laughing

“You really are feisty, but you smell so sweet. Let’s see if you taste as sweet as you smell princess. Plus what are you gonna do about it.” He says cutting my face and l*****g the blood off.

“Go ask your friend behind the pile of sticks a couple of feet away to your left” I say smirking.

Everyone looks at me in aw. Brown haired boy sends a couple of guys to check it out and they come back with a look of disbelief. I head butt the blood sucker in face and ask Mikey to bring back the parts with Lu. The guys do what they told and come back with arms, legs and a torso with the head still partly connected.

“This is what happened when you hurt my friends. I mean I can’t take all the credit but here catch pretty boy.” I say cutting the whole head off and throwing it to the brown haired guy.

Bronx: I killed that asshole not you.

Me: I know but I helped.

“Ok let me rephrase that. This is what happens with you hurt one of the friends of an asshole who hates me.”

Me: Better Bronx

Bronx: Much better

Me: Ok now let me finish them off I’ll talk to you later bye.

I say cutting off his link. I’m not a blood moon my a*s I think to myself.

“You stupid mutt! I’m going to kill you.” Brown haired boy said flinging himself at me.

I dodged his hits left and right. I let Artemis come to the surface to help me out. I got the a*s hole in a head lock in my arms. If I squeeze any harder his head will pop off.

“The Alpha told you to leave. This is your last chance. I think brother dearest here is starting to struggle a little” I threaten to the red head.

“Let him go mutt.” She says being held back by others.

“You have until the count of three. ONE! TW0! THREE! Pop goes the rainbow!” I tightened my squeeze and his head came right off. To make matters even better it rolled right to his sister’s feet.

Her eyes were bright red. She gets out of her mens grip and flings herself at me. She throws me into a tree hitting my head. I shake it off. I run at her pushing her into a couple of trees. She’s scratching and I think she’s biting me. My adrenaline is in full gear! We roll around in the dirt a little when I feel the floor vibrating. They are here! My uncles are here.

I’m letting her have it when I hear growls coming from behind me. I see a giant light grey wolf next to a brown one. I stand over her with a giant smirk. She knows she’s lost. I walk over to my uncles wolfs to greet them. They shift into their human forms and they are pissed to say the least.

“You just created war with the Alpha Lycan Queen. Your trespassing on sacred land. Are you prepared to die?” My uncle Lucas growls at the red head

“Lindsay let’s go we aren’t prepared for war!” A blonde boy says

“You might of won today but on my brother you will pay for what you did!” She turns around to walk away.

I say nothing. I watch them leave, leaving their loved ones behind. She could of at least taken the bodies. Maybe that’s not a good idea. Never mind

“Baby girl you ok” uncle Xavier says turning me around making sure I’m not bleeding

“Princess your covered in blood.” Uncle Lucas says

“I’m know. It’s not mine though.” I tell them

I’m in golfed in their hugs and I feel my body go limp.

“It’s ok baby girl I got you”

“Thanks uncle X but I got it.”

“Look you guys should get out of here. The Alpha king is on his way and my father is going to be here any minute. I can only hold them off for so long.” Derek says.

I nod my head agreeing. My uncles shift back into their Lycan. The guys and I hop on since that was the only way for us to get back home. We are running through the woods when I decide to link in Derek.

Me: Hey thanks for help back there. Let me know if you need help with the Alpha King or with anything in general.

Derek: k

Boys. Why do they suck with showing emotions sometimes. All he has to say is thank you I mean I did save his life.

We make it back to the house and it’s almost 2 in the morning. We are all tired. I see a couple of scratches on Mikey and Lu so I decided to heal them real quick with whatever little energy I had left. I don’t need my aunts freaking out more than what already have.

The front doors burst open with my aunts in their night robs and you can tell they have been crying. They go directly to the boys to hug them and to my uncles. I walk away heading to my room when I hear my tia Lisa asking me if I’m ok. I tell her I’m fine and continue to walk. I wish my mom was here. I wish I could of been engulfed in a hug like that.

I make it to my room to shower. I stink of blood and vampire. It takes almost an hour to get that smell off me. I look into the mirror and there’s so many cuts and bruises on my body. I have a big bruise in the middle of my back right where my spinal column is. I have scratch’s all over my arms, stomach and on the side of my ribs along with some more bruises on the side of my torso. I look at my neck and I see a faint bite mark.

I have a huge headache and I don’t feel good. Everything hurts and I’m freezing. I hurry up and change into some pjs. I go check up on David to make sure he’s ok. He’s knocked out at his desk. I wake him up having him go to his bed. I go check up on Alice and she’s still wide awake. I run to hug her. I can tell she’s been crying. I hum to ease her sadness a little and it works. We say our good nights and I walk it to Lucas room. His light is still on so I knocked to let him know I was coming in but I didn’t get a answer.

I don’t see him so I sit on his bed under the covers. His bed is so warm. I hear the bathroom door open and he comes out in just his towel. s**t he’s hot. Those muscles, that body, those juicy lips, that strong pulse of his. I feel myself get excited. I wouldn’t mind him touching me.

“You ok princess?”

“Huh”

“You ok? You seem distracted.”

“Yea I came to see if you were ok. I thought you were out of the shower before I came in. I’m sorry. I should of waited outside.” I say wrapping my arms around his waist.

“Yea I’m ok.”

“What’s wrong?” I asked confused

“Nothing” he says brushing me off

“Hey Lu look at me what’s wrong.”

I see it. His back has a big scratch and his eye is blood shot red. He’s in pain. I walk him to the bed.

“Sit”

“What?” He asks confused

I push him on the bed and sit on him. I’m inches away from his lips. I feel his pulse increase. I feel him starting to get excited. He wraps his arms around me. I put my forehead on his and reassure him he will ok. I start humming and I can feel him healing but his eye is taking longer. After the song I give his eye a kiss and hope it works. He opens up his eyes to look at me and I can’t help but smile. It worked. He lifts me up and spins me around. Our breaths hitch a little from our extremely close contact plus he’s still dripping wet and at this point my n*****s are poking out threw my silk pjs.

“I think you should put me down. It’s um late and we have school tomorrow.”

“You sure princess. I can feel your excitement.”

“Mmm hm.”

“As you wish. Good night princess.”

“Good night Lu.” I say kissing him in the cheek.

As I’m walking out he slaps my a*s hard. I stop dead in my tracks turn around and smack his chest. After that I walk out with my dignity. If he thinks he can slap my a*s and get away with it he’s got another thing coming. I walk to Mikey’s room where I find him getting comfortable in bed. He’s under his covers shirtless and in his boxers. I bid him a good night with a kiss and he also slaps my a*s hard. Wtf are these guys problem. I turn around and throw a shoe at him flipping him off.

I’m heading out the door when he pins me on the wall and closes the door.

“Mikey what are you doing?”

“Why you throwing shoes at me for?”

“Because you slapped my a*s. HARD as a matter of fact!” I say trying not to stutter at our closeness

“Well what happens if I like your a*s. Plus I can smell your excitement when I did it.”

“Oh really. Well sorry to disappoint but I don’t have an a*s and plus you wouldn’t be able to handle me if you tried.”

“Oh really”

With that he lifts me up by my a*s and I wrap my legs around him. I feel my excitement along with his. God he’s big. We walks me over to his bed pulling my hair back. I let out a little whimper and I see him smirking. God he’s hot tooo. He lays me on his bad and starts to caress my face and tell me how pretty I am. I feel a tear fall from my face and I push him off.

“I’m sorry Mikey. I-I-I shouldn’t of let that happen.”

“Hey it’s ok baby girl. What’s wrong .”

“I gotta go go night.” I say turning away

“Wait you forgot something.”

“What?” I asked confused

Of course he points to his cheek. I give him his kiss and telling him we need to go to bed since have school. I make my way to AJ’s room but it’s completely dark and his bed is empty and a mess as if he was laying in it.

I start making my way to my room and my head is pounding and I feel dehydrated and sick to my stomach. I open my door and see AJ sitting on my bed. Something’s wrong. Why isn’t he looking at me. I walk over to him and sit in the floor right in front of him.

“Hey what’s wrong?” I ask

“Hey talk to me please. AJ please talk to me.” I pleased with him.

“I left you there. I should of stood with you. I’m such a coward for leaving you behind” he says upset

“Hey your not a coward. You did what I told you to do. Plus I couldn’t afford for more people to get hurt.” I say

I end up sitting on the bed behind him. He needs me right now. I hug him from behind and I feel his pulse start to relax and he undone’s his fists. I kiss his neck because I that’s his weak spot and I like seeing him vulnerable around me. He flips me over in my back quickly and arches my back with his hand. He’s right in between my highs and I feel him pressed up against my body. My n*****s are back at it again poking right threw and I can feel his man hood twitching.

“I can’t lose you Crystal. You have no idea how worried I was that you weren’t coming back home” he says laying his head on mine.

“I’ll always come back home.” I say rubbing his cheek

“Don’t ever order me to leave you again. If something would of happened to you I wouldn’t forgive myself”

I can’t talk at this point. I’m melting in his hands. I nod my head agreeing to him. I have tears coming out and I can’t hold them back.

“Hey it’s ok don’t cry. It’s ok.” He wipes my tears.

We get under the covers and cuddle the whole night. I feel better with AJ next to me. He’s easing my pain right now. We wake up with my alarm going off saying it’s 7:15 am! I jump off the bed waking up AJ but he doesn’t want to get up. He looks so peaceful sleeping but WE ARE LATE!!! I throw a pillow at his head waking him up. He has really cute bed head hair.

“What was that for!”

“ WE ARE LATE AJ!” I say

“Mmmmmm come here and I’ll get up properly” he says seductively

I couldn’t help it. I walk over to him and wrap my legs around his waist. I feel his excitement. I could sooo ride him right now. God he’s sexy. Those eye, those lips, that chest. Goddess im excited I can feel myself heating up down there. I know what he wants but we really are late plus I’m not that easy. So I decide to tease him a little. I wrap my arms around his neck and look from his eyes to his lips. I leaning to kiss his neck and I tugged on his hair a little. That was a mistake. He instantly flipped me over; pinned my arms above my head and my legs still wrapped around his waist.

“Sunshine there are consequences to you doing that. Please be careful. It’s getting harder to control myself around you.”

“Maybe I don’t want you to be controlled”

“You know I love you right.” He says leaning in rubbing his nose on mine

“Mmm hm. I love you too AJ”

“Good. Now I need you to be a good girl and finish getting ready for school before we are really late.”

With that he gets up and walks out! Omg what just happened? I look at the time in my phone and I literally only have 5 minutes to get ready. I put on some high waisted ripped black jean shorts on with a hot pink shirt and my white converse. I brush my teeth and brush out my hair fast. I’m running down the stairs into the kitchen doing my hair. I’m putting it in a full bun today but it doesn’t seem to be working with me.

“Look at you ready to go” Mikey says

“Yea well I’m ready let’s go. We’re late! Ugh out of all the days it chooses today!” I say with my head pointed downwards trying to put Bobby pins in my bun.

“Relax we are good on time. Plus you look beautiful today” AJ says wrapping his arms around my waist from behind. He instantly lets go when we hear my uncles clear their throats

“Good morning kids.” Uncle Lucas says

“Good morning.” We all say

“Baby girl how are you feeling. I’m sorry we didn’t check in with you last night.”

“It’s fine. I’m fine.” I say without trying to be upset or bitter.

“What wrong princess.” My uncle Lucas asks

“Nothing I’m fine.” I say coldly

“Did you have breakfast baby girl?”

“No I over slept” I say a little irritated

“Hey what’s wrong. Let me see your eyes.” Uncle Lucas says sternly. He’s carefully analyzing me.

“Good morning everyone” my tia Lisa greets

“Aww look at you sweet heart. You look so pretty. Hey I’m sorry about last night there was a lot going on and….”

“It’s fine tia Lisa.” I say getting my face out of my uncles hands and looking at my aunt

“I’ll meet you guys at school.” I say walking away

“You start your new training today after school.” Uncle Lucas says

I say ok and walk out. I need to be by myself. I can’t handle them. I can feel them right behind me in the trucks but I need a break. I’m so angry and upset and thirsty. I’m so thirsty. I cut threw the woods to avoid the guys pulling up next to me. I take a longer than expected and end up screaming my lungs out in the woods making all the birds fly away.

Artemis: I wanted to rip them all into pieces

Me: I know. Why though. Why are we so angry and thirsty?

Artemis: I don’t know. But I need to come out now!

Me: I can’t! Uncle Lucas said we can’t especially in day light.

Artemis: Please

I give in to her requests. I know I shouldn’t. I know I need to be careful especially since I’m a white wolf. I put my book bag down and let her out for a quick run. We end up stalking a deer and eating it for breakfast. That tasted so good. It helped get rid of my headache a little too. We walk back to the spot where I left my book bag and I have 20 miss calls from AJ,Mikey, Dave and Alice. s**t I missed my first 2 periods. They are going to kill me!

I let Artemis out and let her take control. We got to school in 2 minutes with her. I walk in and everyone is looking at me. I walk it to my locker not giving a s**t. I walk with pride and dignity. I’m trying really hard not to focus on the smell of blood. Everyone looks so good.

Artemis: Can I please have one

Me: Have one of what?

Artemis: I’m hungry Crystal! I want a student.

Me: NO! Are you crazy. We just had a whole deer. Literally a whole deer!

Artemis: Please just one. Im hungry. It can be the most hated one in the school. Someone nobody will miss.

Me: I said NO! Im not letting you kill my classmates!

Of course I should seen this part coming. I starting bleeding from my nose so I tilt my head backwards and dig in my locker for my tissues.

“Hey what the hell!!!! Where were you?” Lu scolds me

Im unable to talk because I’m too busy looking for my tissues that he pulls me to face him.

“Oh my god what happened?” Now he’s worried why the f**k would he care

“Nothing!” I say irritated cleaning my nose with a couple of tissues.

“What do you mean nothing you were missing for 2 periods!” He yells at me

“I said nothing so drop it Lu.” I slam my locker and walk away. I need to get away. My headache is getting worse and so is my thirst. I need to focus.

The rest of the day dragged. I didn’t eat lunch and didn’t even talk to anyone. I mean I checked in with Dave but that was about it. I isolated myself. I couldn’t deal with anyone.

At the end of the day I grabbed my books from my locker and told Dave I would see him at home and went on my way. I can feel everyone’s lines trying to connect with me but I literally can’t handle it. My phone has been non stop blowing up from everyone. Now everyone is worried about me. What happened about last night when no one checked in on me but AJ.

I make it home and go directly to my room to change into my work out cloths. I link my uncle Lucas to tell him I’m home and I bump into my grandma in the kitchen cooking some dinner. She smells so good. I go to hug her and I could feel my canes coming out. I told her I loved her and let her go. I tried so hard not to cry on my way to the battle arena.

“Hey princess you ready?”

“Hey uncle Lucas. Yea I’m ready?”

“Hey you ok?” My uncle stats as we warm up

“Yea why?”

“School called. They said you missed your first two periods. Care to explain”

“I took the long way to school and got lost. I didn’t mean too”

“It’s ok just be carful. You shouldn’t have walked this morning. Your going with kids to school tomorrow”

“Yes uncle Lucas”

After our warm up he blind folds me to start my new training. It’s to help build my other senses in stead of relying mostly my eye sight. I was tripped, pushed, punched, thrown, yelled at. I’m even bleeding from my lip and my broken bones from last night are even more broken. I keep going until my aunt says dinners done. I take off the blind fold only to be reyelled at for what I did wrong. I walk into the house with everyone looking at me becoming quiet. I’m done I can’t handle it anymore today. I’m not hungry! I need a long shower. Afterwards, I lay in bed and break out in a cry. I let it all out.
