The Genesis of my mistake
Here I am standing in front of my dad well he doesn't technically know I am his daughter but I do not expect him to know oh no not when he abandoned me 15 years ago not even a letter or a birthday card nop he just disappeared like he was never there .
You're probably confused right now, but I got you. Let's start from the beginning. I grew up in a fancy house with the coolest mom and greatest dad ( or so I thought) I had everything money, the best clothes, toys, school you name it and I probably had it life was great I lived like a modern princess and I thought nothing could ruin that for me ohh but how wrong I was. Around the time I was about 5 years of age my mom and dad separated and dad took all the money no no sorry all our money ( emphasis on the our ) with him since mom and dad had a joined business the right thing was for them to split the money into two and they each get an eqaul portion right it's literally in their contract but guess what turns out dad hired some skinny talented snake layer, took all the assets and moved to a new city and left I and mom with nothing He didn't even pay for child support. Soon mom couldn't keep up with all the bills and I had to eventually move to a public school life was not easy and getting used to a new life in under two days was difficult, I and mom tried asking some of our old friends for help but they were all just snoby rich people who couldn't stand us anymore just cause well we weren't rich anymore(my pride won't let me say poor ) so yeah that's what happened empathetic isn't it but I'm not going to let it be that way for long ohh no I won't no siree I've been trying to hatch a revenge plan on my dad since I found out 100 isn't the biggest number.(I was seven)
I've had this Crazy idea To sue him But that won't work It's just Pointless But I know I have to go there , anyway Standing in front of the airport With my tickets Feels How do I say this Without over exaggerating Ah yes exhilarating I'm coming for you daddy and you better be armed đź—Ż .
So here I am with a giga wig on and a new identity, it kinda feels illegal but I can't go in with my blonde hair and tell them my real name ( Amber ) nooh that will for sure get me caught in like 0.7 seconds
As I stood in front of the airport, my heart racing with anticipation, I adjusted my oversized sunglasses and gigantic wig. I felt like a completely different person, and that was the plan. My new identity, "Lily," was ready to take on the world – or at least, my father.
I took a deep breath, mentally rehearsing my cover story. I had spent months perfecting my new persona, from my fake accent to my made-up backstory. I was confident that no one would recognize me as Amber, the daughter my father had abandoned.
With a sense of determination, I walked into the airport, my high heels clicking on the polished floor. I made my way to the gate, my boarding pass, and fake ID at the ready. As I scanned my ticket and walked onto the plane, I felt a thrill of excitement. I was one step closer to confronting my father.
The flight attendants greeted me with a warm smile, and I took my seat, trying to blend in with the other passengers. But my mind was racing with thoughts of revenge and confrontation. What would my father say when he saw me? Would he even recognize me?
As the plane took off, I felt a sense of liberation wash over me. I was finally taking control of my life, and I was ready to face whatever came next.
The hours passed quickly, and before I knew it, the plane was landing. I gathered my belongings and disembarked, my heart pounding with anticipation.
As I made my way to the arrival gate, I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror. My wig was still perfectly in place, and my sunglasses hid my eyes. I looked like a completely different person – and that's exactly what I wanted.
Now, it was time to put my plan into action. I took a deep breath, squared my shoulders, and stepped out into the unknown.
As I stepped out of the airport, I hailed a taxi and headed to my father's mansion. I had done my research, and I knew exactly where he lived. I also knew that he had remarried a kind and sweet woman named Lillian, and they had four kids together.
My plan was to infiltrate his life, gather evidence of his wrongdoings, and then slowly start draining his bank accounts. I had set up a series of fake companies and shell accounts, and I was ready to transfer his money into mine, little by little.
When I arrived at the mansion, I was greeted by Lillian herself. She was everything I had imagined – warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I played the part of "Lily," a new employee hired to help with the family's business affairs.
Frank, my father, was charming and charismatic, but I could see the ruthlessness behind his eyes. He had no idea who I was, and I was determined to keep it that way.
As I settled into my new role, I began to uncover the shady dealings that had made my father's business empire so successful. I found evidence of embezzlement, tax evasion, and worse. I knew that I had to be careful, but I was determined to bring him down.
Meanwhile, Lillian was oblivious to her husband's wrongdoings. She was a good person, trapped in a bad situation, and I felt a pang of guilt for using her kindness against her. But I pushed those feelings aside and focused on my mission.
As I worked my way into the family's inner circle, I met Ace, the family's business partner's son. He was smart, charming, and had a quick wit. We butted heads at first, but I couldn't deny the sparks that flew between us.
Little did I know, Ace had been suspicious of Frank's dealings for years. He had been gathering evidence of his own, and we soon found ourselves working together to take down my father.
But just as we thought we were getting close, Frank's empire began to crumble. The authorities raided his offices, and he was arrested for his crimes. Lillian was shocked and heartbroken, but she was also determined to make a change.
As the dust settled, Ace and I found ourselves drawn closer together. We had bonded over our shared desire for justice, and I realized that I had found not only a partner in crime but also a partner in love.
But just as things were starting to look up, I knew that I had to reveal my true identity to Ace. Would he still want me when he knew the truth? I knew that I would have to tell him soon I'll later and there's no better place on the present right I'm cooked I praise myself for the worst things didn't in front of him I first stammered then asked him whether he would still be here if I told him something concerning about me and he said and a chill voice that he would never ever leave because of Some Truth then as I got it all my confidence I was ready to tell him my will identity hoping and praying to every god that he accept me my status of easily like saying thanks like my real name is Amber and Frank is my dad who abandoned me about 16 years ago and I'm here for revenge this isn't TV my real her color and no I don't wear glasses I'm sorry I had to lie to you and I'm sorry if you feel like I used you just so sorry and I'm hoping you can forget me than Ace said his expression un- readable what if I had made a mistake telling him all this I started to feel anxious, sad, helpless and depressed eventually I started fidgiting
As I stood before Ace, my heart racing with anticipation, I took a deep breath and revealed my true identity. "My real name is Amber," I said, my voice trembling. "Frank is my father, and he abandoned me about 16 years ago. I'm here for revenge."
Ace's expression was unreadable, and I felt a wave of anxiety wash over me. Had I made a mistake telling him? I started to fidget, my mind racing with worst-case scenarios.
But then, Ace spoke in a calm, gentle voice, "Amber, I had a feeling something was off. But I have to admit, I'm impressed. You're brave, determined, and intelligent."
I looked up at him, hope flickering in my chest. "You don't hate me?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.
Ace smiled and took my hand. "I could never hate you, Amber. You're strong, resilient, and beautiful. And I have to tell you something – I've been hiding something too."
I raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What is it?" I asked.
Ace took a deep breath. "My real name isn't Ace. I've been using a pseudonym since I was 18. I had to change my identity to protect myself and my family from my parents' enemies."
My eyes widened in surprise. "Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.
Ace shrugged. "I was hesitant at first, but I trust you, Amber. You're different. You see, my parents were involved in some shady dealings, and I wanted to distance myself from that life. But I've been working to take them down from the inside, just like you are with your father."
I felt a sense of relief wash over me. Ace understood me, and he was willing to work with me to bring down our common enemies.
As we stood there, holding hands, I knew that I had found a true ally and partner in Ace. Together, we could face whatever challenges came our way.
I told Ace about my childhood, about growing up in a fancy house with my parents. About how my father had abandoned me and my mother, leaving us with nothing. About how I had been determined to get revenge against him for years.
Ace listened intently, his expression sympathetic. When I finished, he squeezed my hand. "I'm sorry you had to go through that, Amber," he said. "But I'm glad you're strong enough to take him down."
I smiled, feeling a sense of determination. "I'm not going to let him get away with what he did," I said. "I'm going to make him pay."
Ace nodded, his eyes flashing with determination. "We'll do it together," he said. "We'll bring him down, and we'll make sure he faces justice."
With Ace by my side, I felt a sense of hope that I hadn't felt in years. Maybe, just maybe, I could finally get the closure I needed.
