Dangerous Liaisons

Sarah is a young barista temping in a Cali café, fresh out of college with her heart full of hopes, when one day, a handsome stranger walks and takes an interest in her. Sarah, ecstatic that the dreamy man likes her, having gone through life as the ugly friend in the group falls for him. Calvin is the sweetest man and Sarah can’t wait to show him to her family all until someone warns her to beware of the man she is in love with.

Heartbroken and scorned, Sarah sets out to find out the truth, playing a game with Calvin. But Calvin is more keen than she knows and he confronts her. Family secrets are revealed and Sarah finds herself lost, not knowing who she can trust anymore. Calvin has his eyes set on his mission, to satisfy his hunger for revenge and he will stop at nothing. He wants Sarah to help him but she is loyal and obstinately caring. Calvin finds himself growing to love the very qualities that anger him and soon the two start to struggle with choosing sides and their growing passion for each other. But they can not tow the line for long, as other forces in the background come into play and the storm that had been brewing erupts, unleashing chaos on everyone.
